Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. DiSanti earned an A.A.S. degree and dental hygiene license from Youngstown State University. While working as a dental hygienist, she attended Penn State University to complete her requirements for dental school admission.

Beginningher career in the North Hills area and then moving east to practice in Hershey for several years, Dr. DiSanti returned towestern Pennsylvaniawith her family in 2005. They were thrilled to have the opportunity to relocate to this area and be close to extended family and friends.

Dr. DiSanti is dedicated to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile through state-of-the-art procedures that produce beautiful, long-lasting results. She and her office staff will provide you with the highest quality of preventative and restorative dental care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

Dr. DiSanti and her husband Dr. John DiSanti, have three children: Jana, Justin, and Jared. Jana is a graduate ofWashington and Jefferson College and Duquesne University where she earned her M.B.A. with a focus in sustainability. She is a free-lance digital marketer living in Oregon with her husband, Ivery, and son, Wyatt. Justin graduated from Penn State University, received his Master's Degree from Miami University of Ohio, his PhD in Sports Psychology from Michigan State University and is completing a post-doctoral research fellowship at A.T. Still Medical University in Mesa, Arizona. Jared graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Athletic Training, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Slippery Rock University and is beginning a sports specialty physical therapy residency in Alabama.

Dr. Megan DiCostanzo graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Her five years of experience include private practice and mobile dentistry. Dr. DiCostanzo spent the last three years working for an in-school program providing care for students in under-served areas of western Pennsylvania. She is excited to return to an office setting where she can continue to treat both children and their family members. She strives to provide comfortable, patient-centered treatment with a focus on prevention and oral health education.

Dr. DiCostanzo grew up in the Poconos and attended Messiah College where she graduated with a B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology. She met her husband, Dr. Gabriel DiCostanzo, in dental school, and set down roots in Pittsburgh after graduation. They have two young children, Emilia and Julian. When they are not working they like to be outside as much as possible. They enjoy skiing, camping, and hiking trails around Pittsburgh with their children and Australian Shepherd, Molly.

Dr. Lisa MacPhail is an esteemed alumna from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She started her career with our practice in 2017 and appreciates the opportunity to meet and work with our amazing patient base. We are very excited to have her on staff as one of our providers.

Dr. MacPhail believes strongly in continuous learning and professional development. She is currently attending a mini-residency program in restoring dental implants. Dr. MacPhail also commits her time to the Mission of Mercy Pittsburgh, a two-day free dental clinic for under-served individuals.

She grew up in Franklin Park, attended Oakland Catholic High School and The Pennsylvania State University, and now resides in the city, with her 2 rescue pups. In her free time, she enjoys staying active (she's run the Pittsburgh Marathon twice!), cooking, attending concerts and supporting our Pittsburgh sports teams.

What I love about dental assisting and especially working in Dr. DiSantis office, is the transformation I see in people. Many people come in scared of the dentist and of the procedures they have to get done; but after they spend some time with us, meet the doctors and experience our office, we gain their trust and they get comfortable with us- its really cool to be a part of that.

Tammy has been loving her dental assistant profession since 1985! As a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she has been involved in many extreme smile makeovers over the course of her career. Seeing the change in people once they are confident about their smile is very encouraging for her.

Becoming a member of Dr. DiSantis office came natural, as Tammy says, I immediately knew I wanted to be a part of this great team. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting with her two grown sons, Alexander and Avery, and their families.

Nancy is a proud member of our team, who genuinely goes above and beyond making sure that our office is comfortable and stress-free. Nancyhas an outgoing, easy, and fun personality, which can instantly calm any nervous patient in our practice.

Pam graduated from West Liberty State College (University) in 1983 with an A.S. B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Previously, she was located in California, for about six years, before moving to West Virginia. Pam has been practicing in West Virginia and Pennsylvania ever since.She loves her profession, and being a part of Dr. DiSanti's team has helped her grow in her knowledge of dentistry. The patient interaction is what makes her the happiest.

Pam has been married for over 30 years, and enjoys spending time with their two adult children and their spouses. Her hobbies are taking walks and making beautiful crafts, but her most loved activity is spending time with her grandson, Andrew.

Cindy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1992. Her favorite part of working at Dr. DiSanti's office is, Getting to know our patients and their families!

Cindy has a large, loving family, including four children, nine grandchildren, and dog. When she is not working, you will find Cindy spending time with her family, baking delicious treats, and sewing beautiful items.

Kirsten is a two-time alumna from the University of Pittsburgh, with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, accompanied by an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene, with a license to administer Local Anesthesia. Her career in dentistry began in 2013 as a Dental Assistant, and her passion for dentistry continues to grow each day! Her favorite part about dentistry is the ability to motivate and educate patients on the importance of oral health.

After a 15 year career in retail, and living in Kentucky for 4 years, Jaci moved back to Pittsburgh and joined Dr. DiSanti's team. She loves hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and traveling. As she has journeyed all over the world, one of Jaci's top life goals is to eventually travel to all 50 United States.

Melanie graduated in 2015 from the Pittsburgh Career Institute with an Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Stenography. She worked at Ohio Valley Hospital for 2 years before taking some time off to start a family with her fianc, Jesse. When the time came to return to work, she became interested in dentistry, and is a great addition to our team.

Stephanie is currently enrolled at CCAC for Criminology, but has fallen in love with dentistry! Some days you will find her up front in her marketing role, and other days she is behind the scenes helping the clinical team and assisting the doctors. Steph loves learning everything about dentistry, from the business side to the clinical side.
