Dr. Judy Chen and Jo-Jo were absolutely amazing. The amazing-ness extends to the rest of the office staff. This was my first root canal and I was not as honest to the office staff (about how nervous/anxious I was) as I should have been. My initial phone call, evaluation, root canal procedure, exit, and even follow-up call were fantastic. Dr. Chen and Jo-Jo have gentle hands. They were honest and comforting at the same time. The next day, I completely forgot that I had a root canal done until I received a follow-up phone call from the office. I worked as an RDA for 13 years and am pretty familiar with chairside care in a dental office. Dr. Chen and Jo-Jo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I would give them at least 100! If you need endodontic work done, give Dr. Chen's office a call and put all of your concerns and anxiety at ease.

So when your dentist tells you need a root canal and sends you to an endodontist, you probably don't immediately cheer. But if you are lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Chen, feel free to at least give a quiet fist pump because she is amazing. I had a front tooth with an older veneer that needed a root canal from that one time I fell off a skateboard in 1979. It was a bit tricky because the infection was old and very high up and there was a risk that the older veneer could come off. Dr. Chen explained everything up front, including the risks, and then got to work. Her anesthesia skills were awesome. I didn't feel a thing. It hurt afterwards which seems reasonable given the amount of work they had to do, but she had provided a reasonable number of rx pain relievers and it actually hurt a lot less than I expected it to. Everyone in the office was so nice and Dr. Chen and her staff have a nice sense of humor which keeps everything comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chen and team if you ever need to drill out a tooth or two.

Not my first root canal unfortunately. However, Dr Chen and her staff are wonderful caregivers. I am from out of town and got a referral from Dr Htun(just down the street, took good care of me also). Getting a root canal done is no treat but Dr Chen and (I'm horrible at retaining names) Daisy put me at ease and made my time in the chair easy. If at all possible, should I need another root canal and even if I need to drive across the state, I'm going to Dr Chen.

Dr. Chen and Daisy were beyond awesome and made me feel completely comfortable. It was my first root canal and I was pretty nervous. I didnt feel a thing and it didnt take too long. Highly recommend this place.

Wow! I have NEVER been excited to go to a Dentist before, because I have had bad experiences. However, from the moment I spoke to Kayla on the phone I felt such ease, warmth and friendliness. She reassured me that they would take excellent care of me and they did. Dr. Judy and her angels were wonderful! I felt like I was in a cocoon being loved on by angels floating around soothing and taking care of me. When they called the next day to check on me, which was awesome, I had to ask her if I was really there. It felt like a wonderful dream. I love them and cannot thank them enough for curing my dentist anxiety with them. They have set the bar so high, that I have asked them to recommend a regular dentist just like them. It was a very spiritual experience for me and I thank God for leading me to the fabulous angelic Dr. Judy Chen and her angels!

Dr. Chen and her staffs are fantastic!They are so patient, detail-driven and professional. My husband and I always encountered big smiles when visiting this place. If you have any problem, you can always count on them.

Dr. Judy Chen and her STAFF are all outstanding, everyone greets you with a huge genuine smile...they all want you to feel comfortable welcome and most of all safe! My wife and I have both seen Dr Judy previously so when my tooth started acting up over this past weekend and my dentist told me I was going to need a Root Canal Dr Chen was the only choice on my list. My dentist contacted her office about 11:00 am on a busy Monday and said they had a patient in pain and she made time for me at 4:30 pm . Her and her staff attended to my every need even at the end of a long day. They evaluated my situation and performed a virtually painless root canal (after the numming) and sent me home feeling 1000% better! If you are reading this you have found your Endodontist. Dr Judy is a blessing to all of us who need her service .............

Well, people from the place where I was brought up say dentists are the most rude and strict persons and I have been developing that image on dentists for all along, but Dr. Judy proved it to be wrong. She is the most talented, down to earth, kind, sweet and friendly dentist I have ever met and also her staff. Staff were patient with me even though I was very much fluctuating with my appointment schedule too many times (any human in their would get frustrated). I had my root canal few weeks ago. Through out the treatment doctor made sure I felt comfortable and after the treatment, I didn't face any kind of hardship. For the first time I made a right decision of choosing the right doctor. Thank you Doctor for treating me! :) I strongly recommend Dr. Judy.
