Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist office. The receptionist, dental assistants, dental hygienist, and the dentist were all very receptive and considerate of my needs. They were efficient, but not rushing. I had a filling come out and my tooth is very sensitive to cold and touch. Getting my first visit X-rays, the dental assistant took extra care in making sure I was comfortable, as well as checking in on how I was feeling. The dental hygienist was extremely careful when cleaning my teeth, checking in on me multiple times, and not to mention my teeth look and feel so fresh now. The dentist took the time to go over my treatment options with me and answer any questions I had. When I was scheduling my appointment for my procedure, the receptionist took into consideration my schedule and worked with me to find a good time for both me and the dentist. The small talk with everyone in the office was genuine and the care they took with me had me feeling optimistic after leaving.

I had a terrible toothache. Has my appointment and they landed on one treatment option and no others were provided, seeking second opinion. No follow through, I should of had a prescription antibiotic called in to the pharmacy but they slipped up. All in all it cost me twice as much to save the same tooth.

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE TRICARE! This place failed to mention that they'd bring in anesthesiologist in from Dallas that doesn't accept tricare so the $1,000 bill all falls on you! Thank you so much Jubilee I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Butchers and scam artists. Went in for 2 fillings. They did 7 other teeth without my permission or explanation. Those teeth did not have problems and stole my money. The real issue though, is that the dentist cut half of my upper back molar away for no reason. It hurts incredibly and I have hard time chewing on my left because the tooth is now a stump of its former size. They did not fix it when I went back in to complain about it. They butchered the tooth and now I may have to get it replaced due to their malpractice.

I am not one to call anyone or business out but I hope this is helpful to all, I had 2 cavities fixed here and I guess she hit a nerve ( not positive the issue) but I know it HURT so bad and I couldn't chew on it for months, when I went back in to have her see the problem she said all is fine, while there I witnessed 2 others come in to complain about pain and I heard her and them tell us all to gurgle salt water it was a very painful and dreaded experience, and I am only posting now because I visited another dentist yesterday(in Decatur) who fixed a whole whopping 11 cavities (no judgment lol) but I am great and just as fine as when I walked in. I was scared the same pain would be all over my mouth. But no, as they are nice staff I had some trouble with them/ and severe tooth pain, she acted as if normal for everyone I saw complain. Overall it was a hectic experience and will not be back and hopefully this is useful and helpful to another. That pain is not worth it!

I am the minor patient and I am at this dentist appointment right now for the sams thing to fix my tooth they messed up 3 times now. I was having bad tooth pain and I needed a filling on two back teeth. they messed up and they still hurt a month after and they didn't numb my tooth all the way and we have decided if they mess up again we will get another dentist

My pregnant wife had to get a root canal and they only did half and didn't prescribe any meds to help with infection or pain and no one would do anything to help. If the pain and stress affects my unborn child I will be suing for malpractice

Dr. Lee is the best! I cant believe I'm saying this but she gives the best injections. Coming from someone who's been to the dentist office quite a few times, I've never felt as comfortable as I have seating in her chair, and it's a painless process. All the staff are awesome (kudos to Joann, Tori and Lori). If you're looking for a place where you wont feel self-conscious about the playground that is your mouth, choose jubilee and ask for Dr. Lee

Dr Ly is so patient and concerned with your well being during your visit! Joann assisted during my procedures and she was so nice! I'm usually nervous about going to the dentist and I put it off long enough that I needed 6 or so cavities filled. The staff is so amazing and really put me at ease during the whole process. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I went in for check up i told them i have bad anxiety and ptsd tjey want to do all this work on me . I told them i would need to be sedated the fentost said ok saod to clean my teeth the other girl left room came back being rude to me told me i wosh you would of told us i did before appt and during so i just said give me a refderal i will leave never come back she slammed tje paper down walked off not ok very rude the dentist was kinda upset guess she wanted to make all this money off insurance

Jubilee Dental is very kid friendly. My grandson has been going here since his first tooth. He has had a lot of dental work and for a kid that can be scary. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is excellent and caring. Thanks Jubilee Dental.

Changed their name from Kool Smiles. Obviously to try to avoid all the bad reviews they already had. Still like a livestock sale. Pile in 6 people for one appointment time and only one dentist and hygienist working with 5 standing around. Did I mention 4 of them were kids (my kids) one a 1 year old toddler with her first visit. They took the two adults first even after arriving about 15 minutes after us. Then piled us into a separate room with one dental assistant for all 4 of my children (5 dental assistants standing around with no one else in the waiting room). This place is all about the money and not service. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT DENTIST WHERE THEY ARENT ABOUT YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE KID. Also they squeezed in another walk in before us I guess they had better insurance. Seriously not about service if you have large family all they see is dollar signs. The longer they can keep you in the office the more they get to charge.

I was able to get an exam and a cleaning all in the same day. Most dental places have you schedule two separate appointments. This was a time saver for me since I didn't need to take off an extra day of work. I highly recommend jubilee Dental.

Dr Shweta Deshmukh treated my 4 year old kid with so much love and care, she calmed him down and completed the procedure swiftly. Her knowing multiple languages helped too.. Thanks a lot for an excellent experience.

My experience with my five year old and two year old was the best ever. Everything went well and Evan Hensley was the best at keeping my five year old entertained while she got her first cavity filled. He's the best!
