This place really went downhill after Doctor Cha left and unfortunately practices somewhere else and no longer is a Medicaid provider which is a shame. Doctor Narita is the opposite and is not a good dentist and only cares about ripping people off and is just about the money. Luckily we see a dentist in Frisco now who gives us better faster pace dental care than this terrible clinic.

If I could give negative starts I would! Apparently when they make mistakes it's the patients fault and they don't go out of their way to make up for it. My appointment was canceled due to their incompetence after I drove over an hour to get there. Horrible customer service

They were all so super friendly with us, The lady at the front desk was very sweet as well as the lady that did our cleaning. Appointments were made in a timely manner, and they were gentle and patient with my kids who are somewhat rambunctious. I give jubilee 10 stars if I could

I took their service from Lewisville in 2019, and it was a business promotion for free new patient, unfortunately after three years later they sending a bill I'm owed. What a crooked l.

Amazing!!! One word is all I need to describe this place. Everyone of the staff is excellent, and kind. If you have children I soooo recommend them I would not take my children anywhere else. They are so patient with them if your child is like all of mine and afraid of shots and the dentist please try this place your child will think differently in just one visit and the next time they will be happy to go.

They were excelant when it came to pulling my teeth as well as when my dentures came they fitted them amd the whole procedure went well even roseanna the secretary at the front desk knew my name by memory and was very friendlt amd helpfull as well i will definatly come back if i have any more problems

My 3 kids have been going here for over 2 years and look forward to their checkups and they are now cavity free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is so helpful having all the kids seen at the same time too.

Our 3 kiddos go to Jubilee and we have always had awesome service. They look forward to seeing the staff and getting good information on how to take care of their teeth properly. We went from always having cavities to being cavity free now.
