They are a wonderful team. The clinic is clean with a good vibe. You feel part of the family there. They do the procedures following universal precautions and aseptic techniques. They uses the appropriate personnel protection equipment. The Dr Yanepsi Cotelo has the all that you are looking for a dentist. She has all the qualifications required for her job and a lot of more. Dr cotelo is very intelligent, professional and compassionate. Dr Cotelo analyze each case and propose and discuss an individual plan of care with them as a patients and not only as a pathology and/or diagnostic. Dr Yanepsi take the time to explain everything about your treatment and ask all the questions that patients have. Also she is able to provided treatment for the entire family, the adults and children. In addition she is an excellent human being, very charismatic, sweet, lovely, with high values. The patients are her priority, not only money, this is very difficult to find in this time. I recommend her 100 percent.

The lady was very unprofessional and had no experience when it came to an extraction. The extraction took her 1 hour and 45 minutes for everything . I had a extraction done back in Minnesota and was done in 25 minutes. The guy upfront requesting in authorization for implants which I never asked for. Sent me home with no ibprophen or pain medication told me I can only have 4 gauges and made me pay $80 even though I just contacted my insurance and said that was covered. They are only in it for the MONEY!! STAY AWAY

When they say " Feel like at home" , that's how I exactly describe my experience. The assistant was really kind and friendly through my X-ray process. The Doctor took enough time for me and in any occasion I felt stress with timing. As well is the first time that the Dentist herself took care of my cleaning. Usually is an hygienist doing it. Of course I felt i was important :-) . The gentlemen at the front is just impeccable, I was so impressed of his way to attend costumers. I felt really good and I'm very looking forward to visit them again on Monday. " I know, usually you don't say that when it comes to dentist visit :-D "

After setting up my appointment weeks in advance and then even canceling it one week before because the doctor was sick they waited until I was sitting in the dentist chair ready for my procedure to then show me all these extra charges (Aprox 1500$ ) that they never charged me when I did the same procedure some time prior to COVID-19. I then informed them that these were strong-arm tactics to try and pressure me after I was sitting in the dentist chair and committed to the procedure, and completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory. The dentist was present and the male secretary stated it was his fault and he took full responsibility for not informing me before. I informed him that these were still strong arm tactics to wait till the last second that I'm sitting in the dentist chair already committed, to then hit me with all these unnecessary prices and procedures. Not to mention I had to stop taking my blood thinners for three days prior to the procedure and then had to extend it an extra three days because of their rescheduling it. This all started After my crown fell off and I went in to get it glued back on and they told me that the tooth had a cavity and would have to be extracted, exactly like one of the previous reviews by Maria Delgado 4 months ago. So it appears that they may have a pattern of doing this. Needless to say I left without the procedure being done. It is my "OPINION" that they are trying to make up for all the Covid losses at patients expense.

Dr. Cotelo is kind and patient, caring, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have been to way too many dentists who didn't understand my low tolerance for pain nor my fear of dental work ever since I had my first painful and tormenting dental experience as a child. Dr. Cotelo explains everything she sees, assesses and recommends, which I love. She is the best dentist I have ever had. I feel 100% comfortable in her care, which is the very first time in my 42 years that I say that about a Dentist. Thank you Doctor!

This place is a scam. The dentist told me that I have to remove one of my crowns and remove my tooth left because I have a very bad cavity and after that have an implant done. At the same time, she wants to remove another crown because was broke and some many more work in my mouth that was not necessary. The way I proved was going to see another dentist in the Coral Gables area who told me that everything was fine and that I did not need any work done in my mouth after he took the X-rays. I really do not understand how dentists like this still have their license. They only focus in charging the insurance plus the patient for dental work that is unnecessary. Be very careful with this place.
