I would recommend this dentist office to everyone. Ashlyn is a very thorough hygienist that makes you feel very comfortable. She's great at her job. And Dr. B is also very nice and informative.

I am usually hesitant about going to the dentist but as soon as I walked into my first appointment my worries were put to ease. I was greeted immediately and called back quickly. Ashlyn did a great job cleaning my teeth and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Walters did the same and they both gave me valuable feedback.

I received excellent care from Dr. B and Zach here. They are extremely caring, personable, and professional. They really went out of their way to ensure that my comfort level remained very high throughout my treatment. I felt like I had made two friends who really cared about what was best for me. Karla the office insurance professional was very patient and thorough with me regarding the costs involved. Everyone at this office treated me with the upmost respect, which I sincerely appreciate.

If 0 stars was an option. They'd get it. Every time I come here I'm ignored not helped and hardly acknowledged. I only come for the actual specialist. When I call to schedule appointments. They always tell me they call me back to confirm and schedule my appointment days go by they never call back I call back and they first thing they LIE TO SAY is we tried calling the line was busy seriously who's cell phone is ever busy we're it can't receive a call this has happened 3 times. It's frustrating dealing with the receptionist.

I can say I have been a patient at this establishment for many years and they are always friendly and professional. Dr. Smith prides himself on doing great dental work and ensuring you are happy with it . His assistant Brooke is sweet and friendly. She will make sure you are comfortable and check on you to make sure everything is ok. Great place and will continue to be a patient of theirs

Im absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but I came here needing help keeping my teeth, and they've been wonderful so far. Ashlyn has been terrific every visit I've had, Dr. Jacob Has been wonderful and caring and they've both built my confidence in keeping what I have and how to continue doing well keeping them as healthy as possible. Also recently, I screwed up my appointment dates and showed up a week early. Ashlyn had no problem working me in.

Amazing dentist Dr. Smith took time to research my health issues and speak to my Dr prior to creating a treatment plan. He is caring, patient and best bedside manner. Hygienist Ashley had same qualities. Can't forget the x-ray technician and front desk people professional and made me feel at ease in my nervousness. I had been to the dentist in 12 years and am grateful God put them all my path Zach helped me from start to finish with a night guard. He was like visiting an old friend and it fits great!

Excellent customer service. Front desk ladies Becky and Diane went above and beyond to help me get scheduled right away and also thoroughly informed me about my benefits. They are both assets to your business. Dr. McDaniel and her staff were also both very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Love the dentist but definitely check the bill. I've been fighting with them for the last 90 days for them to correctly bill my insurance. They had a glitch since March that has affected 12 patients billing. Definitely pay close attention to the bill. Still unresolved currently 90 days later. They finally just resubmitted the claim that is processed through a third party.
