In my time having been treated by different Dentists, I was happily surprised with the level of care and empathy I received at Dr.Alvarez's office by him and the other coworkers, I'm happy to say I've found a Dentist I trust in for the foreseeable future.

My daughter seen him.he did root canal sent her 2 specialist 4 wisdom teeth we went back 2 this office for follow-up he said all was fine she was done,now mind u he DID NOT CAP HER teeth now its cracked and must be removed and he said he tried 2 contact me in January . hmmm its July I am not a happy parent n no body should go thru this.

Dr.Alvarez and his staff were very professional with me on my visit. He went above and beyond to explain to me what my diagnosis was and He was very trustful as he simplified all the dental terminology in a way I would understand. I definitely recommend seeing him for any dental matter or concern you may have.

Called to make my son an appointment. Got as far as telling her what insurance he has and she hung up on me. Called right back and the phones were switched over to the answering service. Maybe hire someone who can be more professional to answer your phones? I was actually referred here by another Endo who said Dr. Alvarez was "the best". We won't be finding out if he is or not.

I called as a new patient on a Friday when most dentist are closed , and the receptionist was extremely helpful they squeezed my husband in that day within an hours notice, the staff and the Dr all very professional and the office environment was open and non intimidating. My husband who doesn't like dental offices felt very relaxed and comfortable. So Unlike my Dentist that closes on Friday I will start going here.
