I had my tooth pulled by Dr. Prado's son and it was a terrible experience. He was very rough and unpleasant. The worst part of the whole experience is that a year later I went to a new dentist for a check up and was told that I still had a tooth fragment that I needed to pay $1,000 to have removed.

This is the most amazing dental office I have ever been to. I used to go to those chain dentists like Coast They used to tell me I needed fillings and crowns and root canals ALL THE TIME. I started going to Prado about 5 years ago. I didn't have a single cavity the whole 5 years. I had my first crown done today cause a tooth cracked. It was the easiest crown I've ever had. They did the crown in office so I didn't have to come back and it took half the time that I'm used to. Most of my crowns look terrible. This one I can't even tell it's a crown. It feels and looks like a tooth. I'm going to have all my bad crowns redone now! I'm so happy! The dental hygienists are also amazing. I told her about some of my fears and she worked with me to make me comfortable during my cleaning. I never wait long and they are always considerate of my time. I would never and will never go anywhere else.

I really appreciate how everyone works in the office. They are honest and very professional. Since I started treating myself with Prado three years ago, my experience has always been magnificent.

Best Dental practice ever. Best staff and Dr's. Very professional, experienced, and thorough. Very reasonable on teeth cleaning without insurance. I highly recommend them to anyone who has had unpleasant experiences with dentists/dental appointments. I actually never mind going for my routine cleaning or any other procedures i have had done in the last 10 years of being a patient of theirs. They are gentle and careful when working on a patient. Every dentist I have ever been to besides Dr. Prado, has been a dread...the pain an uncomfortableness that most dentists visits cause is why this dental practice stands out....no pain....cleanings are thorough but painless, and they are very caring on a personal level. 100% perfect

Juan's son Evan took a mold of my tooth , after it was ground down by another dentist for a future crown......$3,000 for one inplant..with a tiny molar, from the mold...my gums are totally receding, and the molars around this small implant are moving inward... Pardo dental will take no responsibility for this botched job...beware A totally botched job! They will not face

I dont care what anybody says. This is by far the most honest and best dentist office you can do to that I know of. I have been to many around Tampa and it is a very sad to see the deception of corporate practice. This is the only Dentist that I would recommend! They are Amazing! Thank you!

A patient of Dr. Prado for over 20 years. Excellent dental care. Office staff is always helpful in scheduling regular appointments as well as emergencies. Very pleased, never disappointed.

My first experience with Dr. Prado was a good one. He extracted a wisdom tooth; the process seemed simple for the doctor and was painless for me. However, the more completed procedures such as bonding and fitting for dental partial were executed with high school level proficiency. During the bonding procedure the doctor burnt my upper lip, more than once, eventhough my mouth was held open with a clamp. The bonding was not attached properly and had sharp edges that cut both my tongue and lips. Subsequently, parts of the bonding began to break less than a week after the procedure. The fitting for the partials was a much worse experience. Although a cat of my mouth and teeth were made in the office, the partials were ill-fitting. But not just to the point of discomfort, they cut into my guns too they bled. I call the office as instructed by the doctor, but the staff was less than pleased. I've staff member relayed to the doctor that I was being rude after he snapped at me and I started that I was only doing as instructed. Dr. Prado returned my call, however as soon as I answered me bombarded me with less than pleasant statements. Not believing this was the doctor's character, I reminded him why I chose him (long story short, lost my son, difficult pregnancy, lost teeth due to medications). At this point I was in tears sitting in the parking lot of my workplace. The doctor became calmer, and offered to correct the imperfections. Unfortunately, he was not equipped to do so. He seems to be a wonderful man, but his skills are suited for general dentistry procedures only. He needs more professional staff. I believe that the staff member's embellishment if our interaction is what cause the unprofessional exchange that I had with Dr. Prado. He was gentle and patient with my son's very first extraction, which is a scary experience for any young child under the age of ten, and for some adults. I'm kind of heartbroken of the end result. I would only recommend his office for general dentistry, nothing else. And limit your interaction with the staff if at all possible.

They do great dental work and staff is friendly. HOWEVER, I'm usually having to wait well past my appointment time, they don't let you schedule routine cleanings in advance (you have to remember to call a month or so before you're due before they get booked), and it's impossible to get in if you have a tooth emergency. Therefore, I have to find another dentist who will let me schedule in advance and who has the ability to get me in when I'm having a painful tooth emergency.
