I had an appointment at 9am for an extraction. I Wasn't seen until 11:30 and was told that the extraction may not happen the same day as this is just a consultation. I was shocked. I received a consultation in the same office for the same tooth 2 months prior. And 2 1/2 hour wait with an appointment for a consult? When the doctor came into the office he asked how I was. I replied that I was a bit frustrated because I was told I was there for an extraction by the front desk only to wait 2 1/2 hours only to be told it was a consult. I have been in severe pain for days and need the tooth out. He replied "you and everyone else in this office. I only have two hands what do you want me to do". I was shocked. As time went on and I agreed to spend 500$ on a bone graph that I now question if it was needed. They booked me for a 1:30 treatment time. Of course I didn't get in until 2:30. So 5 1/2 total hours at the office now. Then the Dr comes in and begins to administer the anesthetic. I wince in pain. He doesn't stop. He just goes faster and I begin to cry. He asked me why I'm crying now it's numb. He began the procedure while I cry and shake. He pulls and digs at the tooth with no regard that I am an actual person and not to mention the meds had only just been administered. I was not fully numb yet. He continues, as I cry, he shoves in the "graph", puts in sutures and says "there it's out" while throwing up his hands and walks out. I feel absolutely and completely traumatized and violated. He has zero bed side manner, no professionalism and does not care one bit about the person connected to the tooth

I went in for a tooth extraction my appointment was given from one day to another super fast. All covid preventions were taken office is super clean well disinfected from where I sat down to where I was taking an x-ray and where I was attended everything was wiped down the moment I got up for the next patient. The assistant was very professional and very nice she explained everything to me the dentist pulled out my tooth without any problems the only thing was I felt was the anesthesia when he injected me that was brutal he was a bit rough but his assistant explained to me that the part that was being treated is one of the sections that is usually the most painful parts of the mouth and this is why it hurts so much. Other than that everything was at its best I have no complaints now I just have to deal with the aftermath of pain in my mouth from this extraction but definitely I give the office an overall five stars and recommend them to family and friends.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were very helpful and able to remove two teeth that were giving me problems and creating serious problems with my sinuses and ears. They managed to get me taken care of the same day - which is very difficult to have done. Highly professional and caring staff - I would definitely recommend them!

I am very un easy when it comes to dentistry procedures,.I was very comfortable, and reassured that all would go well and it did ty to the staff and the Dr 's.Excellent ,and professional..also very clean ty ty ty Renee crisp

AMAZING STAFF 100/10 recommended!! Staff made me feel so comfortable through out my entire procedure . Everything was so smooth and so fast ! I was so nervous and scared and they made sure I was ok ! Thank you !!

I came for a wisdom tooth removal and it was all done smoothly in less than an hour. I had a charming young dental assistant who was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. She was cool, and I would come again.

I was so scared I was getting 9 teeth pulled the worst part was the shot it was over so fast and I am good to go back to work in only 2 days !!!!!!!!!

I went in to get my wisdom tooth removed it was super fast same day everyone was friendly made me feel comfortable even tho I was in pain... Need a dentist this is the place.

Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my first visit today. The environment was very professional and I was helped out in a timely manner given that my commute was 50 minutes! Loved my experience here and would highly recommend if you want a quick and professional service!

I had an 11am appointment for wisdom teeth removal. Two on top and one on the bottom that was covered partially under bone. I had such a painless and seamless experience here. The doctor estimated at my previous consultation a 20 minute procedure and he delivered just that. There is extra time involved for prepping materials and the after procedure wait to make sure you're okay, but that's to be expected. The actual wisdom teeth removal involves local anesthesia. The injections were fast and didn't hurt too badly. You can tell he does these removals often by how quickly and painlessly he removed them. I felt nothing. The other staff assisting were kind and knowledgeable. The doctor trusts them and you can tell that by how much they offer when you talk to them. My only real qualm was the wait time. I came 5 minutes early and checked in on time. They do text saying to arrive 15 mins early, but unfortunately that's not an expectation I can grant them. I waited nearly an hour to be given a room. So that's why I rated it 4/5. Overall, I recommend them. I appreciated how he gave such an honest estimate and then conducted the procedure exactly how he told me. The other staff are nice, so you'll be comfortable asking them anything related to your appointment. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in my appointment!
