Michelle has two children age 9 and 7 that are her main cheerleaders. Michelles kiddos keep her motivated and on her toes at all times! When she is not at the office Michelle enjoys outdoor activities and working out.

Kelli has one little girl and a husband who is her partner in crime. She also enjoys baking with her daughter and taking family road trips. Kelli loves her pets and loud karaoke sessions in the car. Kelli enjoys long walks through Target and spending excessive amounts of unnecessary money.

Desiree started her career working for a bank, but soon after, fell in love with working in the dental field. Having joined our team in 2017, Desiree enjoys developing relationships with our patients and their families. She is extremely outgoing and loves meeting new people and working with patients and parents to finds financial options that will work with their budget. Desiree coordinates insurance claims and payments. She enjoys seeing our patients grow throughout treatment.

Desirees main priority is her family. Her family and faith drive her to be the best she can every day. Desiree loves church on Sundays and the gym on Mondays! She is a homebody who loves talking to her sons about baseball and dinner dates with her husband. Overall, Desiree is grateful for life, her job, her family and friends, and all the fun and goofy moments in-between!

Delainy has two young daughters who are both the absolute love of her life. She is obsessed with home dcor and doing different DIY home improvement projects. During her free time, she hosts game nights at her house with her friends. She enjoys hiking and shopping for shoes and purses.

Lulu is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been working in the orthodontic field since 2012 and joined our team in 2017. She is passionate about all things related to ortho and enjoys seeing patients finish treatment with an amazing JT Ortho Smile! She works directly with our patients and provides chairside assistance to Dr. Teng during procedures. As a lead orthodontic assistant, she is always excited to learn the new methods of advanced treatment with Dr. Teng.

Genessis moved to the Las Cruces area from Idaho with her furry friend Charlie. She is a homebody and loves spending time snuggled up on the couch with her dog and boyfriend, or in the kitchen cooking or baking some new recipes.

Eliana is a clinical assistant who has been working with Dr. Teng since 2021. She previously worked as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, and assistant manager. Eliana starting with Dr. Teng having had no experience with dental clinics, however, she learned very fast and has been integral to our JT family ever since! She is hardworking and dedicated. Elianas favorite part about working at JT Orthodontics is the life changing smiles she gets to be a part of creating.

Mariah started working with Dr. Teng in 2021. She is a chairside orthodontic assistant. Mariah is great at organizing and keeping everything clean and in its rightful place. Mariah keeps all of our inventory organized and ready to go for our patients! Her favorite part of her job is being able to establish close relationships with her patients throughout their treatment journey and the ability to see their progression.

Stephany started working with Dr. Teng in 2021 as an orthodontic assistant. She works chairside with Dr. Teng treating our patients. She also orders our orthodontic supplies and keeps our inventory stocked. Stephany loves to see her patients smile and confidence grow as they progress in their treatment.

Leslie is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been a part of our team since 2016, but started working with Dr. Teng in 2011. Leslie fabricates custom fit appliances and retainers. Her favorite part of working in our practice is customizing patients appliances to fit their personalities. She enjoys creating Hawley retainers for patients because she can use colors and designs to showcase our patients interests.

Leslie collects records and loves music of all genres. Leslie plays the drums and is also learning how to DJ. She enjoys spending time with her significant other and their 3 daughters. Her family spends their quality time together at the movies.

Ileana is a Registered Dental Assistant who started working in the orthodontic field in 2011 and joined ourteam in 2018. Ileana works from home and monitors all of our patients on Dental Monitoring. Shecoordinates treatment with Dr. Teng and corresponds with patients accordingly.

Ileana attended dental school in Mexico and graduated from UACJ in 2009. She is married and enjoysspending time with her family, including a son and two schnauzers. She also likes watching scary movies,working out, and reading.

The orthodontic profession is truly amazing. We make a difference in our patients lives by interacting with them, getting to know them, and ultimately improving their quality of life by transforming their smiles. Most of our patients will testify they have a more positive outlook on life and more confidence in their smile following their treatment.

Its rewarding to spend my days working with a variety of patients, all seeking the common goal of a beautiful smile, but each with different life experiences. The conversations I have with each person, the stories they share with me, build friendships that are extremely fulfilling. I love their positive attitudes toward their treatment and excitement throughout the process.

Throughout the year I participate in orthodontic meetings, seminars, and study clubs, all of which keep me informed of developments in the field. By remaining at the leading edge of knowledge, I am able to ensure that I deliver the most advanced treatments and use the best technology to care for my patients. This means more comfortable treatment with a shorter duration and the strongestresults.

I was raised in New York City; El Pasos been my home for the past fourteen years. Bonnie, my wife, is a CPA, certified yoga instructor, womens clothing line consultant, and mother to our three young children, Jacob, Ryan, and Brooke. She also works in the practice as our office coordinator.

Away from work, youll most often find me spending time with my family and enjoying the beautiful mountain views and sunny weather here in El Paso. I also enjoy traveling, playing volleyball, rocket yoga, and very basic breakdancing.
