Dr Patel has straightened the twisted crooked teeth for my wife. However, he still seems according to my wife against moving the back left tooth over a tad and says he wants to make her happy but doesn't mean it by his actions.

Dr Patel is a great guy and both of my kids are very happy. He does a great job. When we moved to Ohio, we were worried, but the doctor and his staff made it very easy through out the procedure. Love the Staff and Amazing doctor.

Dr. Patel is a perfectionist in his work, showing thorough attention to detail. After my first round of Invisalign's were completed, he noticed there was still a slight misalignment and immediately ordered additional sets (free of charge). After finishing the second round, he went out of his way to enhance the shape of my teeth and further straighten out my smile. Would definitely recommend going with JP Ortho for guaranteed quality.

Shady practice with sub par service. Dr is nice enough but buffed off all my bonding off of 4 teeth in the front as well as the porcelain veneer off of my 2 front crowns. Offered to pay for the work that had to be done to remedy the issues, then reneged saying he wasn't going to pay me anything because "It's not fair" for him to have to pay for shoddy work. Very disappointing.

Dr. Jay Patel is exceptional at what he does, he's a great listener and is empathetic to his patients. My case took two years to resolve and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Highly recommend him.

Daughter was a patient a while back. One side of my 41 year old bottom retainer came loose. He was nice enough to re-attach this for me..So much fun talking and catching up.

Doctor Patel is one of the most caring people I have ever met. He has gone above and beyond to perfect my smile and to make me feel confident. Doctor patel's staff is extremely friendly and I am so thankful to have him as an orthodontist! :-)

Our family has been going to Dr. Patel for years! He is extremely talented and attentive. More than this, he is a doctor that genuinely cares about his craft and patients. We recommend him very highly!

Dr. Patel did my braces over 10 years ago and my teeth still look phenomenal! I have gone back to him a few times since then for new retainers, fixing my permanent retainer, and bonding. He was very accommodating when I was having insurance problems. I have been to both locations and both are nice. I hopefully will not have to go back to see him soon (since that would mean I have chipped another tooth or my retainer broke), but I know Dr. Patel will always take great care of me when I do go there. His staff is very friendly as well. Thank you for giving me a smile I love!

I've been seeing dr Patel for a couple months now I had an expander and braces in my expander came off he was very understanding and just took it out. I wanted braces for so long and I'm happy that I got them, the staff are really nice and caring. Love going to each appointment
