We have been seeing Dr McDonald and her team for a few years now. They have calmed my child's anxieties about having dental work done, and every single person in that office is a sweetheart. We love coming here. Thanks for all you do and have done.

Everything everyone has written is true. My experience to share that might help someone else is that I am raising my 2 grandchildren. One who is a "big guy" (almost 6ft in 6thgrade) and autistic and EXTREMELY mouth sensitive and previously required anesthesia and a hospital setting for oral care. Dr. McDonald continues to work with him for the past year with patience and caring I've never seen in any other medical person we've ever dealt with. My husband and I live paycheck to paycheck and I only say this to explain we have to pay for his care out of pocket and saving enough money weekly for the yearly plan they offer is far from easy for us but the sacrifices are truly worth it for this practice. It is THAT excellent.

I was nervous for the first visit with my rambunctious 2 year old, but Ms Mariah and Dr McDonald are amazing and he left with a HUGE smile on his face. He left with a lot of goodies, and he was very excited for the "poofpaste"

My 3 children have been going to Joyful Smiles for a very long time. They are specialist in kids. There office looks like a place for kids and the staff including the dentists are great. I think my kids are lucky to have a dentist office where kids aren't scared to go to. Great job guys.

We've always had a good experience here, until today. Parents waiting in area without masks, while people in the front did nothing to enforce until I mentioned I was going to wait with my young child in the lobby. Come on, it's still required to wear masks in a medical facility, and especially one specializing in pediatric care with kiddos who clearly aren't vaccinated yet. The doctor was great and apologetic, but it's really disappointing that this conversation even had to happen. The assistant doing X-rays couldn't even keep her mask up. It was just so stressful and unnecessarily so. I gave 2 stars for past experiences and the care of the doctor, but I would give 0 stars for safety today.

Dr McDonald and her assistant were amazing. My son had to have a tooth pulled and a baby root canal with a cap. I was so nervous for him but they did such quick and amazing work!
