Dr. Wang and team are fantastic! They extracted wisdom teeth for both my teens, taking a personalized approach for each one based on their individual needs and preferences. Friendly, professional, and effective!

Dr. Joy Wong is awesome and showed a lot of care and patience. I did a tooth implant here and the whole operation was done neatly within about half an hour and post-operation healing is so far pretty good. During the operation, Dr. Wong tried chatting with me casually to make me less nervous. I might need to figure out a way to communicate back with my mouth fully open and all operation stuff going on in it :P. The staff members are responsible, but seem to be always a bit in rush though. And I can sense some impatience.

I had a wonderful experience getting my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Wang. She and her team are friendly, professional, and caring. They really took care of me throughout the entire process to make sure I feel the least pain possible. I highly recommend this place!!!

This is the first time that I write a review for someone. I want to write the review from my heart and show my gratitude to Dr. Wang for taking the extra miles to take care of her patients. My son was referred to Dr. Wang for the teeth misplacement. She pinpointed immediately the problem was more than teeth misplacement when she saw the x-ray and CT scan images. Her reasoning totally convinced me. Frankly I made another appointment on the same day for a second opinion, but I cancelled the other appointment when I was out of her office. I believed she had made the right professional judgement. You cannot imagine how helpful she can be. After she pointed out the problem can be very serious, she worked with her radiologist immediately and shared the CT scan report with us in 1 hour. Her assistant sent out referral forms to Stanford/UCSF in 2 hours. She also used her personal connections so that we can be seen in the UCSF on the next day and do the surgery in a few days! She also called me multiple times for the follow-ups and updates! What she had done was so meaningful to me since I was in panic, and she showed empathy with her patients. It's hard to tell if a doctor is good or bad if he/she does the routine work. But I do see how sharp and responsible Dr. Wang can be in the urgent situation. I feel so lucky that we went to her office on that day. I highly recommend Dr. Wang to anyone who is seeking for an oral surgeon!

I am extremely disappointed in this office right now. A really good friend of mine came in a long while back to get a screw put in so he can get a new tooth put in. They told him he was all good to go and sent him on his way. Charged him and everything. He went to go get his mold this morning and the office he went to (a different one than this one) let him know they didn't put in the rod that was necessary for the mold. What is this??? I am extremely upset and will be even more upset if they try to charge him for a service that they were supposed to have done when he was there MONTHS AGO.

Dr. Joy Wang and her whole team are extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. I would recommend to anybody who needs a surgery. Dr Joy Wang can also speak Mandarin Chinese, which is helpful to me as a new immigrant. I am so glad that I found this place. Highly recommended!

Dr Wang did a very good job. I had all four wisdom teeth removed at one time. I did not feel any pain after the surgery. The bleeding mostly stopped after 6 hours. I drank Soylent on the day of surgery and I can eat porridge and soft food the day next. As mentioned in other comments, the front desk service does need real improvement. But how the surgery goes seems much more important to me.

Front staff and/or assistants appear to be overwhelmed and unorganized. They were rude and condiscending to clients in office and over the phone. This is consistent with prior reviews that I just read. Not sure why but there is a severe lack of communication and client management skills. I felt belittled and unimportant. It was an incredibly unprofessional experience from a doctor's office. Would love to chat and explain with anyone that wants to listen.

The staff were not kind. Possibly they are overworked, but their body language suggested it was a burden to speak with me. I had questions about filling out my insurance information, and received cold glares. It felt negative and unhelpful, I almost walked out. Once I navigated around the office gauntlet into my appointment; Dr. Wang was competent, helpful, professional, and pleasant.

Dr. Wang is an amazing confident surgeon. She made my procedure seem simple in her hands. The office took me as an emergency tooth extraction at 4pm. Dr. Wang typically does her surgeries in the morning. She & the staff stayed after to accomadate me. She was quick & percise. I had little discomfort after the extraction.I would highly recommend using Dr. Wang for your oral surgery needs. She is absolutely amazing & skilled in her profession.
