For Drs. Benjamin and Jayleen Joy, dentistry is truly a family affair. After meeting during the Bachelors program at the University of Alabama, where they both graduated Cum Laude, Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Jayleen continued their education at the NYU College of Dentistry in New York. While in New York, they fell in love with the energy of the city and have brought that back with them as they have started their practice here in Pembroke Pines.
Both specializing in general and family dentistry, they have pursued additional Invisalign certifications and are active members of the American Dental Association. Being part of community is important to Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Jayleen and they have done volunteer work with Cahaba Valley Healthcare.
The true joy in their lives comes from their daughter, Julia. Her smile is the most precious one they see. When not working at the practice, Dr. Jayleen enjoys cooking and traveling to new places while Dr. Benjamin focuses his energy on home improvement.

Absolutely love this dentistry office. My first visit was great, Dr. Joy explained everything so detailed, I've never had that before. Every visit since has been great. Took my toddler and they were so good with here.

By virtue of being a transplanted northerner, I tend to seek out medical professionals who are as well since I have found that, generally speaking, the medical community is behind the times here, to be polite. I love this office and the Drs. Joy (I have now seen both). The staff is exceedingly friendly, and both dentists are knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and accommodating. I personally love the dentist, but I know most people don't. If you're looking for fantastic care and a worry-free experience, I can't suggest this office enough.

I recently moved back to South Florida and was less than enthusiastic about trying to finding a new dentist. My PCP referred me to Joy Dental and about three weeks passed before I convinced myself to give them a try. From the moment I walked into the office everyone that I encountered treated me like I was family. Sandra, my hygienist took me back immediately. She was extremely nice and very gentle with my cleaning and X-rays. Dr Joy was the absolute best. He was kind, thorough, and honest with regards to my care plan. So happy Dr Carew referred me to Joy Dental and I would recommend Joy Dental without hesitation.

Just went for a cleaning today and had such a great experience with Sandra the dental hygienist. She did a great job and also was gentle. She gave my teeth such a great cleaning and also helped remove some stains that I had. I'm so happy with my cleaning today and definitely will be going back and would highly recommend anyone to their services.

From the moment you walk into the office you can feel the warmth of a family atmosphere. Everyone here is super friendly and answer all of your questions. The Dr's are extremely professional and don't try to push you on anything. I have and will continue to recommend this amazing place to everyone I know.

This has got to be one of the best dental offices I have been in such a long time..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE before ..during ..and after..this was my first visit ..I was treated like a person ..the doctor didn't rush..took her time to explain ( women power) ! Everyone was welcoming..I love it here!!!!

From the moment you arrive until you leave, it is a very pleasant experience. The girls at the front desk are super friendly. If you are lucky to meet Carolina, she will help you find the appointment on your own schedule as soon as possible. Dr. Jayleen is very kind and. professional. She took the time to explained everything I need and clarify my doubts. I recommend this place 100%

I've been to a couple of dental offices and this office is by far the best. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The dentist took his time to sit and talk to me regarding all my issues. The staff was so helpful and kind. This office really made me feel like home. I 100% recommend this office.

Who doesn't have a little angst when finding a new dentist? I shouldn't have worried. The entire staff at Joy Dental Pines is spectacular. Efficient, friendly and logical. Is this the first time I'm looking forward to going back? Well, no. But not because of the team!
