What is a Prosthodontist? Dr. Ace Jovanovski, or Dr. Ace as his patients call him, has been providing exceptional comprehensive prosthodontics in Round Rock for many years. Undeniably, he has an established track record of going above and beyond and has a passion for what he does.
In 2001, he completed not one, but three degrees simultaneously biology, chemistry, and psychology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Even though he learned a lot, he knew that there was so much more that he wanted to learn about. So, he continued to do research in the Dental School, Medical School, and The Cleveland Clinic. Shortly, he applied and was accepted to Dental School. After receiving his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the Case School of Dental Medicine, he was one of only three students chosen for the world-renowned prosthodontics residency at Louisiana State University.
In reality, learning always continues. To illustrate, he also achieved a fellowship award in advanced education from the distinguished International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Presently, Dr. Ace is the only dentist in the world whos received a Master Certificate in Dental Technology (MCDT) from the National Board for Certification in Dental Technology. So long as there is new technology, Dr. Ace continues to learn.
Along with his devotion to excellence in dentistry, Dr. Ace also has other worldly passions. For instance, he loves photography. In addition, he is always cooking something from scratch on the weekends for his family. Furthermore, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Especially, in his garden or landscaping. His wife, Dr. Sarah , runs her own practice, Jovan Orthodontics, right next door. Most importantly, they have been blessed with two beautiful daughtersAvah and Aliviah. Indeed, Dr. Ace cherishes spending time as a family in the pool or just playing around together. Similarly, Dr. Ace and Dr. Sarah commit to bettering our community by supporting local area organizations. Undeniably, God is number one in their lives. With this in mind, they are active members in their church.
Crystal has been in the dental field for a long time. Her background is in oral surgery, but she has succeeded in learning ALL aspects of prosthodontics. Crystals fun energy is contagious, not only to her fellow co-workers, but also everyone who visits our office.
She works hard to accommodate our patients scheduling needs and is often the first person to greet you with a smile when you call or visit our office. Crystal not only keeps our schedule flowing, she also keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently, which means better care for our patients.
When Crystal leaves work, she loves to spend time with her family. This starts with quality time with her husband her son. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, shopping and getting together with family and friends.
Did you know that the awesome voice that you heard over the phone is that of a professional voice over artist? Yes, its true, Patricia as been featured on book voice overs as well as radio spots. Her healthcare background gives her the knowledge and experience to be a master at patient care coordination, treatment planning, and maintaining excellent patient relationships. She is great to sit and talk with, and have a good laugh, from time to time.
Besides getting to know and care for each patient, her favorite part about working for Dr. Ace and Jovan Prosthodontics is how the whole team truly gets involved in treating each patient. Its rewarding for Patricia to see the changes each team member makes in transforming their patients smiles.
In her free time, this lady loves to hang out with her friends and traveling the world, with her husband. They also enjoy a fun date night on the town so you might see them out in the area supporting local businesses.
Melanie started working with Dr. Ace in 2010 and loves the challenges of prosthodontics because she knows she is helping people make life-changing transformations. She finds her job rewarding, and that shines through in the personal care and attention she gives to all her patients. Our patients appreciate the kindness they receive when Melanie is assisting in their procedures.
We are very fortunate to have Tiffany here at Jovan Prosthodontics. Her passion for dentistry has been ignited since childhood having worked as an assistant in a dental practice when she was in high school. She went on to become a Dental Laboratory Technician in 1992. With over thirty years of experience, she still has the same passion. Tiffany continues to be dedicated towards state-of-the- art advancements in dental technology and loves working in our very own in-house lab. She dedicates so much time into each patients case to make sure they receive the highest quality dental prosthetic.
Tiffany keeps plenty busy out side of the office too. She and her husband, Chuck, just moved to Taylor where they love to work on vintage cars together. Tiffany enjoys teaching Sunday school and volunteering with her sons Boy Scout Troop. She also is always joking around with her three daughters and tries to see her granddaughter every chance she gets.
