Dr Jon is the " NEW " Dr. JOURNAY, he and his staff are great! He is great with kids as well as adults, you may even meet couple litttle "helpers" in his office. He does his best to take care of all your needs, very patient and attentive. They do awesome teeth cleanings as well! I had an emergency, broken mollar and they got me in the very next morning, So thankful for Dr. Jon!

Dr. Jon Journay and his wife Alaynee, one of the hygienist, both do great work! They have a great team working with them as well. They were very understanding with my health issues and worked so hard to accommodate us. Thank you Dr Jon and Alaynee!

I had a complex dental issue that several other dentists were unwilling to address. I came here and they WERE willing to address my issue. Everything is great now, and no pain at all. Five Stars is all they allow, but I would gladly give this dentist 10 stars if they would allow me!

Fastest/cleanest pull Ive had from a Dentist! Had sudden unbelieveable pain in a wisdom tooth I had been having problems with for awhile. He got me in his chair last minute, end of day, numbed me up, and had that thing out in no time. Literally, I am pretty sure it was a seconds job. And I was able to go straight back to work even. Dr Jonathan Jornay is a legand in my book

I went to Dr journays office last year to get a root canal done well the stuff that numbs your mouth didn't work for mine and I still felt a sharp object getting shoved into my mouth. Dr journay stopped in the middle of it and just put something temporarily on until I came back well now my whole tooth is missing thanks to them.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining what they felt I needed and making a plan to work with my insurance benefits. I appreciated that.

Always polite and they try to get you in earlier if you need work done faster than you scheduled day. Dr. Journay is awesome to talk to, and very friendly and informative. I will never use another dentist.

Dr. Journey don't have a vibrant personality and that makes him very dull. He lacks social skills and I agree,-He IS very rude at times, but that's NOT why he gets 0 stars from me. He gets 0 because on MORE than five different procedures (with both myself and my wife total) at least!! When we decided to go to Premier Dental, my new dentist told me that Journey didn't do the procedure correctly and that's why I was having so much pain. And after seeing my wife's mouth and previously dental work, he suggested that her dental work need completely redone. AND suggested getting legal advices on compensation. Ironically, I'm stuck paying the bill. I strongly recommend not going to Journey.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Journay was unpleasant at best. Myself and my 9 year old son were very dissatisfied with the cleaning and exam. My family will not be returning and am scheduling an additional cleaning with Premier Dental asap.

There are no words for how rude Dr. Journay has been to myself and 8 year old daughter. My family has been coming here for nearly 2 years and if it weren't for insurance restrictions would have switched long ago. After today though, i will drive to Florida before ever returning. In a period of 5 minutes of him and his condescending attitude walking in the room he asked us to leave throwing his chart down, telling me how unfortunate it was that "someone" has my 8 year old so worked up (because i asked if we could skip the gas as my daughter had requested) to refusing to do the scheduled procedure (because my daughter was extremely nervous and flinched). He advised that we should probably not ever come back and find someone to "put her out". I literally said not A single word while he was examining her and she barely moved A muscle but yet that elicited giant tantrum from A grown man. A little gentleness and answering her few questions to put her at ease would be all it would have taken. Not even a simple hello was offered by him. Bottom line, do NOT take your child there, he clearly is disgusted with children and concerned parents. This of course is no loss to him as he appears to be the only dental provider for Medicaid patients in the immediate area and many families have no choice but to endure his unacceptable behavior. If you do decide to go here, bring up football as this does seem to appeal to him and bring out a nicer version. Otherwise STAY AWAY! His staff is friendly, and they are able to accommodate an emergency.

I came here as a new patient with my daughter and my 9 year old son. I saw Dr. Jonathan Journay. He examined my mouth and told me what needed to be done. I was very pleased when he told me we could get some of it done today. I wasn't expecting to be able to get anything done, so I was very appreciative about getting my dental treatment started!! I had a a tooth that was broken off and needed pulled. When he numbed me I didn't feel a thing! He was so gentle. I am very impressed. My son got a cleaning with the hygienist and when Dr Journay came in my son had a couple small cavities that needed done. Dr Journay did the fillings and he did so well with my son making him feel calm and comfortable. I will be bringing the rest of my family in to be seen by Dr Journay!
