Forced me to have a filling replaced that I probably didn't need to replace. Caused nerve damage. Didn't help me. Told me to "wait" and the pain when I chew would go away. Nearly a year later, no help no follow up on an actual referral -just "call UCLA or Loma Linda". Every time I eat I'm in pain. Zero care or help. Stopped seeing me.

Called for a emergency tooth extraction, got a appointment, dentist gave me a prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen and had me come back in a week to pull the tooth, very little wait time, the extraction was painless and fast, they didn't take my insurance but it was only $250 all said and done, staff was awesome. Definitely will be back.

I love this place! The dentists' and assistants' bedside manners, knowledge, and excellent pride in their work really shows through. I had little pain and swelling, and would definitely return!

Unfortunately I had a mixed experience with Dr. Baek. I found his practice at the beginning of Covid as they were one of the only places open, and I had a tooth that needed an emergency root canal. He was very good with explaining my treatment plan (ex. I needed a course of antibiotics first to bring the infection down), but both on that visit and during the procedure itself it felt like he was more concerned with finishing quickly to move on to the next patient, and it affected the quality of his work. The tooth began to hurt again after a few months, and after having gone to a new dentist and an endodontist, I learned he did not fully treat one of the roots and the infection has since spread into the bone and nearly reached my sinus cavity. I now have to have the root canal redone, barely a year later. While I appreciate that they can see you on short notice and was satisfied with his team for biyearly cleanings and exams, I would strongly recommend seeking a specialist for any major work.

Terrible place for children, especially if they are afraid. They have absolutely no patience. Maybe if they had focused on my son instead of standing there waving the needle around in front of my kids face while talking about another patients treatment plan and what her insurance would and would not cover things might have gone different. Then they scolded my son for crying because he was scaring the other patients.

Everyone was so nice to my Lo it was his first dentist visit and he left smiling and not wanting to leave :)

I had never been in and they still have me an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and when he pulled it I barely felt a thing! AMAZING!

Every time I go the dentist and the girls in the back are always so kind and they explain the procedure. It's quite comforting especially at the Dentist Office

Always a joy to go to this Dental Office. DR. Beack is an excellent dentist and so is his staff. Highly recommend this office especially for children they're great with the little ones

They're a great office, very polite, accommodating, straightforward, and get down to business quick. They were able to get me quick, desptie covid, which really saved me from a lot of pain. Very fast, I had an app at 130pm was a few mins late, was done and out in my car by 2pm. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Baek is a very experienced dentist and his dental team is professional and friendly. I am very happy with my bridge in my upper front teeth which was also quite affordable. I would definitely recommend his services.

This place is great. Waited way to long to take care of my dental problems. Everyone at this office has been more than helpful, pleasant and understanding. The Dr. has been kind, gentle and explained each process. Don't wait!
