I graduated from the University of Arizona, with a BS in Biology in 1999. After which I went on to dental school and graduated from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in 2002. Then further pursued my post-graduate school training from the Foundation of Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) with a certificate in 2006.
I am a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwondo and take great joy in watching my children train in the same martial art. My passions are working out, traveling, choral singing, fishing, swimming, gardening, reading & cooking.

Dr Hong was recommended to us from a friend and that was the best decision I ever made was going there. They are not just my dentist now they are family. Dr Hong is amazing and I love the staff.

Amazing experience Dr Hong and his staff are extremely friendly and brought lots of comfort to me as someone who has severe dental anxiety, Dr Hong explained everything to me beforehand and made sure I was completely comfortable before surgery. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and was very nervous. Dr Hong put me at ease, made sure I was completely numb and pulled my tooth. He then put sutures in the gum and sent me home with pain pills. I do not need the pain medication for I have very little pain. This was the best dental procedure I've ever experienced. Thank you Dr Hong.

April and Dr Hong were great. Even though they didn't find anything on my two teeth, Dr Hong explained so possible causes and said to just watch what I'm doing when the discomfort appears. He said to keep him informed if it keeps happening.

I have always had a fear of dentist but that ended when I met Dr Hong. He is quite personable and will even take the time to have a quick chat. A friendly staff. The whole atmosphere is quite calming.

Wow! Dr. Hong and assistant were so professional and awesome. I've not had the best dental experiences in the past. So, I always have high anxiety when going to the dentist. However, Dr. Hong and staff were so amazing in making me feel clam and relaxed during my procedures. He is also honest and up front in what needs to be done; doesn't try to throw in any unnecessary procedures. Simply the best!

I always enjoy my experience at doctor Hong office. They greet you and ask you how is your day going. The hygienist does a great job of cleaning my teeth Dr. Hong always answers my questions about my oral health. I am sure glad we found him on next door.

Went in for a dental implant on a lower left molar after having the tooth pulled back in December. Showed up for the appointment was numbed up, implant installed and on my way home in just over an hour. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and now 3 days later I have just a minimal amount of discomfort and did NOT even need any type of pain medication. Now I wait for the implant to heal so I can get it crowned. Dr Hong and his staff are top notch and I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for great quality work !
