Had I left a review a couple of years ago when we first started bringing our kids here, I would've left a 5 review. In fact, have recommended other families here over the years. Unfortunately, service has gone downhill significantly in the past 2+ years. Nearly 100% staff turnover, incredibly slow service, limited availability for convenient appointment times/days, small waiting room, no option for braces any longer, the requirement of patients doing their own weekly scans and the pricing that's thousands more than competitors. So. One it is.

Our seven-year-old has only had one appointment since his consultation. We were expecting him to be nervous. Once he stepped into the office, they welcomed him like they had known him already. All of the staff was nice and gentle with him. He's looking forward to going back in for many more appointments throughout his life. They understand his lifestyle and what is most important to him and selected a treatment course that works great with his hockey gear.

Josh Johnson Orthodontics was the best place I could have chosen for this journey. I was so uncomfortable with my smile, I hated having my picture taken. Now, I have a beautiful, straight smile and now, I LOVE TO SMILE ALL THE TIME! Dr. Johnson and his staff are amazing! They are kind, gentle and understanding. There were times when I couldn't make the drive into Spokane to pick up my new liners, so they would mail them to me. I highly recommend them for any and all of your orthodontist work. A+++

Our second child is receiving treatment from Josh Johnson Orthodontics and I'm continually impressed by their staff, service and level of communication. I appreciate their attentiveness to not only the patient but myself as well. Very happy with all aspects of choosing this orthodontist.

A wonderful experience getting fitted for Invisalign Vivera retainers. Highly recommend. The process was simple, the office comfortable, and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for more.

I can't believe I haven't written a review! I went to Josh Johnson over 10 years ago and am now 27. My teeth have remained straight. I had my braces for about 11 months. I still have my permanent retainers in! Any time there was an issue, Dr. Johnson fixed it for me. I highly recommend this place.

Johnson Orthodontics is wonderful. Everytime I bring my kids in, they are super friendly and very professional. The atmosphere of the office is very relaxing and inviting. They treat me and my children like human beings, as apposed to a numbered client. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They explain things in an understandable way and when I need them to repeat something, they do and in a way that doesn't make me feel like an idiot. My kids enjoy there appointments. I like that they have a movie playing for my younger kids to watch while we wait for the older kids. I highly recommend Johnson Orthodontics!! May 28, 2020 Josh Johnson's team has been on the ball during this whole Covid-19 business. The office has set up dental monitoring so they can keep track of my children even when we aren't able to come in. Also, I know there is caller ID, but whenever I call, it doesn't matter who picks up the phone, they know who they are talking to and what I need and they know my children by name. It's amazing!!! These wonderful people only see my children once ever 4 to 6 weeks, and to know them by name off that bat like that.... ....this exceptional team cares!!!!
