The worst doctor who cares for how much she can make from your insurance, extremely rough on your teeth and gums, hurts you without any reasons and just generally tells you stuff that it's too true. She ordered a complete set of X-rays without any oral explanation first, I broke down during her cleaning even though I asked for the anaesthetic. The doctor is very inconsiderate. She also made me wait for two hours to get me teeth cleaned, jumping from patient to a patient.

I have gone to Dr Clemente since I was a kid. But I always hated going because of the snarky comments she made. My parents did not want to change dentist because she already had my records and did not want to start over. I went in for a teeth cleaning. Prior to the appointment there was issues with my insurance. I was not being explained properly what the issue was besides it not going through. The insurance then called them and the dentist office reached out to inform me that I am good to go. I show up for my appointment and I'm sitting in the chair with the assistant on one side and the dr on the other. The dr has my file and asked me about my insurance. I thought the insurance changed but it was an issue with my dads name. The dr then asks the assistant what was happening. The assistant then goes into detail and I understood what the issue was after she explained it to the doctor. After explaining it to the doctor the assistant then tries to explain it to me but I cut her off because I understood it after she explained it to the doctor. Did not mean to cut her off but I was just over it. The doctor then taps my file with her pen and says that because my insurance did not cover the lasts visits that someone has to. Obviously someone has to cover them. But the entire time I felt like I was in the middle of them two having a conversation the entire time I did not feel like she was talking to me because she was addressing these questions to the assistant. Ideally if she had questions regarding my insurance and history it should have been discussed with the assistant in a private matter and brought up to the patients attention appropriately. I work at a Children's hospital and I would never talk to a patient this way. The doctor then asked the assistant what are they going to do and the assistant indicated that she would call my dad to discuss what he would like to do. Then the cleaning began and she just kept saying things like "OMG" repeatedly. I go to another dentist for braces and they don't make comments. I get it my teeth are not so great. But that did not give you the right to constantly saying omg trying to make me feel guilty. After the appointment I was over it I did tell her that I would never speak to a patient the way she did. And she was just silent. And if only I could tell you all the time she cut my mouth and I told me dad who then Called her and then I returned to see her the next dad and she made me feel small all because I told my dad. Here are some talking points for you when delivering insurance issues to a patient: "Hi it looks like your insurance did not go through the last couple of visits do you have some time to discuss it before or after your appointment to address appropriately?" Talking points for medical advise: " okay during your cleaning it looks like......I would recommend you do......which can help benefit you and resolve this..." ***PARENTS PLEASE ASK YOUR CHILDREN IF THEY FEEL ANY SORT OF BULLYING BECAUSE I HAVE GONE TO HER SINCE I WAS A KID AND I DID NOT FEEL SAFE I HAVE ALWAYS FELT LIKE SHE RUSHED HER WORK AND MADE COMMENTS THAT SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE PATIENT APPROPRIATELY.***

1st time visiting Dr Clemente's office. She was very good at notifying me via text of my coming appt and the location. I was able to come on relatively short notice (they called me about an opening). I filled out the first time patient info while providing my insurance info. I entered and met Dr Clemente and she was very calm and friendly. I asked her about the bldg signs (for sale) outside and she responded that they are selling the bldg to allow condos so their location could possibly be in flux in the future. Dr Clemente advised that I would have X-rays and they were done by her assistant (Lawrence) who was very good & direct. I was surprised to see that Dr Clemente did all the cleaning and polishing (i.e., it was not done by a dental assistant or hygienist). After that was done we looked at and discussed the X-rays together and she asked some questions about my past dental history which I was a little fuzzy on. That was about it. All in all a very good first visit which went as expected.

Terrible. She didn't talk about X-rays or talk about a treatment plan. I had to ask her about. She spent less than 10 minutes with me and appeared disinterested the whole time. Victor and the receptionists were the only professionals.

First time with Dr. Clemente and extremely satisfied with my experience from making appointment to actual visit. Covid protocols followed felt safe. Wished I met her earlier.Highly recommend Dr. Clemente.

I just tried deep cleaning at her clinic. I feel so much difference with my gums. I highly recommend it for other patients. Dr. Clemente's office is very busy and that's how you know that business is good. Not only she does regular cleaning but she does, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, cosmetic and all that good stuff. She has a hygienist who helps her, Mr. Vic, they both have light hands and they are careful. They make sure your numb before they start any procedure. They make sure you're comfortable. They talk to you first regarding your treatment plan and how much insurance had to pay and how much is patient's responsibility. Insurance doesn't cover everything and it is costly to go a dentist. That's why Dr Clemente always tell her patients, to brush and floss always!

Dr. Clemente's practice is conveniently located with ample parking. Although I was a new patient and expected just an exam and cleaning, she saw that I needed deep cleaning and arranged for her very organized staff to take care of everything. They were all very courteous and competent. Glad I found her.

Great service, highly recommended! Dr Clemente is very gentle, compassionate and very light with her hands. She thoroughly explains the treatment and preventive care to her patients. Staffs are always smiling and humble. I went with a painful tooth and never felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Looking forward for my next appointment.
