Needed two crowns. Dr. Ritz was not only technically competent but also very reassuring. Great time management. Never waited more than a few minutes past my appt time if at all.

Dr Ritz and his team make the patient experience first class. They are a friendly caring group of professionals that take pride in their craft. There is no trepidation knowing that an appointment looms. I look forward to seeing them and appreciate the knowledge expertise Dr Ritz provides and he is a true gentleman and great human being. I consider myself fortunate to be a patient.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Ritz and his team. From the moment I enter his dental office, I feel comfortable and well-taken care of. The staff is extremely competent and I feel fortunate to have found them.

Dr. Ritz is patient, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and wants all of his patients to have a positive experience. He tells his patients background information about the procedures he is doing and why it's important as well as what to expect so there are no surprises. He remembers details about my family and asks questions that shows he cares about me even beyond the care of my teeth. His practice also now cares for my two year old son who now knows that a trip to the dentist is nothing to fear. We are grateful for our superior care with Dr. Ritz and his staff!

I've gone years without going to a dentist and was terrified to finally return and get everything fixed, but Doctor Ritz and his team made the whole process so comfortable. There was no judgement, no harsh talks about being better to my teeth, no shame. Though I still had anxiety, I went ahead with the extensive dental work that needed to be done, and I am so grateful for the support I felt in that office as I faced one of my biggest fears. My teeth are in best shape they've ever been, I got to listen to music during all my appointments so I didn't have to hear the noises of the dental office and that helped a LOT. Overall, 10/10 experience, I look forward to my cleaning in august because of the staff in this office, and I highly recommend this office to anyone with dental fears.

Dr. Ritz is the best dentist around! Even after moving 40 minutes away I gladly commute to him because he is one of a kind. He can identify and address your issues within minutes of explaining and also keeps you updated on what he's doing step by step. 10/10 recommend!

I broke a tooth at the train station on Thanksgiving Day. I called Dr. Ritz and he called back quickly and, as I was on my way out of town to meet family, he said to call the office the next morning and he would come in specially to fix it. By the time I called at 9:01 the next day, he had already texted his assistant who scheduled my visit where he explained the options and fixed my tooth expertly and quickly. From first conversation to finished work, Dr. Ritz was caring and reassuring.

My family have been seeing Dr. Ritz and staff for over nine years. He and the staff have always been professional and provided outstanding dental care. Recently had a emergency situation and went out of his way to attend to my care. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Ritz and staff always give the best care to our entire family. Just recently, our 12 year old son needed a cavity filled and was a little anxious about the process. When it was done we were happily surprised to hear him declare that it, "Wasn't that bad, and actually quite relaxing." Thanks for a great experience!

I really enjoy coming to see Dr.Ritz. Everyone is so kind and they do an amazing job. I've recently moved to the city and I still travel to see him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Wayne area!!!
