Dr.Holmes has been in the San Antonio community for38 years. Heattended West Texas State University where heearned hisBachelor of Science Degree. Hethen attended the University of Texas Health ScienceCenter at San Antonio Dental School where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. Hehas been marriedto his wifeTracy, a Registered Dental Hygienist,for38 years. They are the proud parents of Kelsey and Cameron. Kelseyis married toa wonderful young man, Zach McManus who we are so proud to call'son'. Kelsey and Zach blessed our family with our two grandchildren, Cooper Don who is 4 years old and Eleanor Josephine who is 18 months old. Dr. Holmes son, Cameron, is a graduate of Texas A & M where he received his degree in Biomedical Science/Pre-Medicine. Cameron is married to a beautiful young lady, Katie, who we are blessed to call 'daughter'. Cameron is in his First Year of OB/Gyn residency in New Orleans LSU Medical School. Dr. Holmes is actively involved in many community organizations and his church.
Dr. Holmesis committed to excellencein Dentistry and strives to continually be involved in furthering his education. Hehas studied at theprestigious Pankey Institute. He has also worked and studied with internationally renowned Dr. Peter E. Dawson at the Dawson Academy for Advanced Restorative Dentistry in St. Petersburg, Fla.He is also aproud member of the Seattle StudyClub, a group of local dental specialists working and learning together to providethe finest quality of dentistry in San Antonio and the surrounding area.Dr. Holmes is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Texas DentalAssociation, and the San Antonio District Dental Society.

Tracy is our Business Coordinator and one of our Dental Hygienists. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 1980 and began practicing in this office in 1982 before Dr. Holmes was a part of the team. She is proud to be treating 4 generations of patients. She is the proud mother of her two children, Kelsey McManus and her husband Zach and Cameron and his wife Katie. One of her greatest joys is spending time with her two grandchildren, Cooper and Eleanor. She loves spending her spare time with her family and friends as well as volunteering in her church.
Rowyn is one of our wonderful Dental Hygienist. She has been a Dental Hygienist since 2006 and has been with Dr. Holmes since January 2015. She is a proud mother of one daughter, who practices Law in New York. She enjoys yoga and exercise classes followed by a glass of good red wine.
Shanna is our Dental Assistant. She has been a Dental Assistant since1999 and has been with Dr. Holmes since 2007. She is the proud mother of a teenage daughter and a three year old daughter. There is never a dull moment in her off time with a teenager and a 'threenager'. She enjoys watching hockey and is a fan of the Washington Capitals.
Elvira is one of our outstanding Dental Hygienist! She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2017 and his been a part of Our Dental Team since her graduation from dental hygiene school. She enjoys visiting local coffee shops and going to concerts. Her and her husband love traveling and hiking!
Mia is our Patient Care Coordinator and comes to our Dental Team from the great state of Hawaii. She has been in Texas over two years and now calls Texas home. One of her favorite things to do is visit HEB and the Dollar Store, 'Hawaii does not have anything like these'. She is the proud mom of 4 children and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she loves to shop when she has extra money but her most favorite thing to do is be lazy and enjoy a nice 'cold one'.
