Dr. Olechowski earned his dental license from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ in 1999. He completed a residency at Hackensack Hospital in 2000. Prior to dental school, he attended Seton Hall University. Dr. Olechowski has been practicing for over 10 years and proves to be one of the elite in his field. By completing over 20 hours per year in continuing education, Dr. Olechowski keeps up on the latest in dental trends.

Tanya earned her CDA license at Berdan Institution 1988, where she became a Certified Dental Assistant. In 2001, she graduated from Bergen Community College, where she earned her A.A.S. to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Tanya has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years and enjoys getting to know her patients and to make each experience a personalized one and to meet each patient's wants and needs. When not practicing hygiene, Tanya enjoys spending time with family and daughter Camryn.
Christine has been a dental hygienist for the past 13 years. After earning her Dental Hygienist License, Christine graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor's degree in Health Science. She has extensive training in dental implants and periodontal disease. With her soft voice and gentle touch she is sure to ease away any dental anxiety. In her spare time Christine enjoys spending time with her husband James and her 5 year old daughter Lily.
Sue has been working in the dental field for over 30 years. She attended a program through her high school to become a dental assistant and graduated with her CDA license from the university of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1992. Sue's years of experience allows her to easily comfort patients as she helps them prepare for their procedure and it gives her the ability to confidently address any questions or concerns patients may have. Outside of her career Sue has been married for 28 years, resulting in two lovely daughters and 3 granddaughters. During her free time she enjoys spending time down the shore with family and friends.
Nagely joined our team in March 2021, She graduated from Fortis Institute in 2021 and is eager to pursue her new Dental Assistant career. Her goals along with assisting the dentist is to the help patient understand their treatment and make them comfortable. When she is not assisting Dr. Olechowski or helping out at the front desk, Nagely enjoys spending time with family, friends and vacationing back home in St. Thomas.
Bella joined our team in April 2021. She has over 24 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from New York University in 1993 as a Dental Assistant and in 1997 as a Dental Hygienist. Bella worked in Roosevelt Hospital in New York for 19 years till it closed. Her goals as a hygienist are to make the patient comfortable and helping them understand their treatment. 5he pays attention to details.
Bella is originally from Riga, Latvia. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and rescued Boxer. She also enjoys gardening, baking, traveling to Europe and visiting Nationa/State Parks.

He's a great dentist and a really nice guy. His assistant is so sweet and is very patient. I was happy to find out that he was able to schedule an appointment to do my root canal so I don't have to go to a separate endodontist like I have in the past. I'm on many medicines (have cancer again this year) and 1 of my hypertensive meds makes my mouth very dry which makes my teeth very bad so I have a bunch of finished implants and some posts right now. I have to have 3 more crowns put on them. I just used him for the 1st time yesterday and wish I would have found him sooner. My teeth might have been in better condition if I did. I switched away from a dentist that didn't like to wear masks and since I had covid in 2020 and was hospitalized for a week, I couldn't stand the fact that the old dentist didn't want to wear a mask when I wasn't wearing one laying there on the chair, knowing that I am temporarily immunocompromised from the radiation. It was like pulling teeth (pun intended) trying to get my previous dentist to put on a mask while cleaning my teeth. This dentist keeps his mask on the whole time and so does his assistant. He's very intelligent. I already have an appointment set up in 2 weeks for the root canal and if the area is healed he may even do a crown on a nearby tooth the same day. The office is very clean. Other dentists I had in the past kept stalling on everything and I met him for the 1st time yesterday and he already took a mold of my mouth and 2 Xrays so he could start working on the things that I need done. You will be happy if you go here. Even the receptionist is so nice. Plenty of parking in the back and a modern pretty office in Fair Lawn.

I recently had an issue with extreme sensitivity with my teeth and called Dr. Olechowski's office to see if they had anything available, short-term. Diana (the office manager) was amazing and got me an appointment the next day. I arrived for my appointment, they ushered me right in - provided amazing care and had an analysis of the real issue within minutes. So thankful for the family like environment at his office and to be cared for by people who are passionate about patient care!

This office is clean, friendly and run professionally. Dr Olechowski and his support work effortlessly and with minimum pain. I like the office and the people and would recommend it to others. I went through root canal and a crown and feel good. More work is in the future, and I look forward to doing it in Dr. Olechowski office. Thank you for the job well done!

I cracked a tooth and Dr. O took me in immediately. I was in and out of his office in less than 1 hour with a temporary crown. No pain and very satisfied.
