I believethat continuing education is essential for me to continue offering my patients the most advance treatment options and the highest quality of care. These include: Morris Seminars, APEX Seminars, Dawson Academy, Pankey Institute, 3-I Implant Institute, Seattle Study Club, and Spear Education. These are just a small portion of the elite dental educational facilities which have been instrumental in enabling me to provide the best possible care for my patients.
My Commitment to Serving the Community My office considers everyone a member of our family. It is wonderful to be able to develop long standing relationships with our patients while providing them with exceptional dental care. We feel it is an honor and a privilege to have our patients choose us to care for them. The trust that we develop with our patients allows us to be a part of many generations of family members. It is not unusual for us to take care of the great-grandchild of a patient. We have participated in many health fairs in local churches to help further educate people on their dental health.
My wife and I chose to live in the community we serve. Together with our two children, we have lived in Basking Ridge since 1997. We have sponsored many teams in the Basking Ridge Little League and have supported the Ridge Ice Hockey team for many years.

I am a 1982 graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University School of Dental Hygiene. I have many years experience, and have always made my patients comfort and oral health needs my number one priority. Working with Dr. Micale and his amazing staff since 2011, I have gotten to know our patients and Im always looking forward to seeing them at future visits. I was also fortunate enough to take over for Dodie, who had a very similar philosophy and took pride in her patient care as well.
As a committed dental health professional, I have been a part of this office for 43 years and am known as Dodie by our patients. I am passionate about my profession and I consider each of the patients a member of my extended dental family. It has been a privilege and honor to help these individuals, including four generations of two families, maintain excellent oral health.
Born in New Jersey, I graduated from Jonathan Dayton Regional High School in Springfield. My college days were spent in West Virginia at West Liberty State University, where I graduated from the SW Glass Department of Dental Hygiene.
In 2011, I was chosen as one of eight dental hygienists nationwide to receive the Sunstar Award of Distinction for excellence in and dedication to the profession. I keep current on new technologies, techniques, treatments, and trends by attending continuing education courses and keeping active in the NJ State and National Dental Hygiene Associations.
In my free time, I am an active volunteer with the Friends Committee of the Visiting Nurses Association and Bonafides in the Basking Ridge area, raising funds for local charities and individuals in need.
I have worked as a Dental Assistant for over 25 years and have been with Dr. Micale and his staff since 1999. I received my Dental Radiology license at Middlesex County College. My goal at Dr. Micales office is to make every patient feel relaxed and comfortable. I strive to make myself available to all patients in order to address any concerns. I enjoy working as a team member in the office in order to provide each individual with the highest level of care.
I am a Certified and Register Dental Assistant. I have been working in the field for over 25 years, and have been working with Dr. Micale and his staff for the over 10 years. I attended Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, New Jersey. With many years of experience, it is my goal to make my patients as comfortable as possible, and address any concerns they may have.
I have over ten years experience in Morris County. I received my Dental Radiology license from the Dental Studies Institute of Fairfield. I really enjoy working with people and like to make them feel at home. Some of my best traits are that I am very upbeat and very approachable. Not to mention that I am very sensitive to our patient's needs and concerns which I then can communicate back to the dental team.
I am the newest member of Dr. Micale's staff and have over 9 years of experience in the dental industry. Being that my degree is in Hospitality, my strengths are that I am outgoing and love talking to patients and my coworkers. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exercising.

I am so happy to have found this dental clinic. All the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Dr. Micale demonstrated compassion by trying to find options to save my broken tooth, he took time to explain the whole procedure. I was impressed. Debbie, who gently cleans my teeth, is not only highly competent but also empathetically aware of her patient's needs and comfort during procedures. Today is my second visit for teeth cleaning but I feel like I've known her for a while.

As usual everyone was very nice and the service very good and professional (whatever that means). No one likes to visit the dentist, but you all make the visit as pleasant as possible The only downside is I have to pay. Tom
