Dr. Majka has always had a heart for the underprivileged in the community, and has given back in so many ways. From 1999 to 2001, he was a volunteer dentist for Hilltop House.From 2001 to 2002, he served on the board of directors for Hilltop Community Health Center. Dr. Majka has been involved with Donated Dental Services of Indiana since 2001. Every year, Dr. Majka and his team provide free dental care for a number of patients.As a patient of Dr. Majka, you will experience a calming atmosphere, an outstanding level of quality service and an overall laid-back demeanor. But dont let Dr. Majkas relaxed personality fool you; his qualifications are diverse and his achievements lengthy!
Dr. Majka has enjoyed numerous continuing education courses over the years covering all aspects of dental care. He has attended the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for training in cosmetic dentistry and has three hundred hours of training from New York University in implant dentistry. Dr. Majka earned a fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2007 and his Mastership in 2013.
Liz has been working in healthcare since 1997 and started in the dental field in 2000 focusing on oral surgery and dental implants. She is passionate about quality patient care. When she is not at work in Dr. Majkas office, she enjoys reading and traveling. She also loves spending time with her wonderful family, her husband Jason, her son Kinder, and her daughter Cora, finding fun and adventurous things to do.
Ashley has worked with Dr. Majka as an expanded dental assistant since 2014, but has been involved in the dental profession since 2006. One of the things Ashley loves about this practice is the way the staff and patients are so much like a family. When not at work, Ashley loves spending time with her two children.
Darlene has been working with Dr. Majka since graduating from Indiana State University in 1996. She enjoys working with a team that is committed to advancing their skills and knowledge in the dental field. Her favorite part of dentistry is the personal connections she gets to make with patients while helping them obtain optimal oral health. When not working, Darlene loves to spend time with her husband, Scott, and their three children Desiree, Dylon, and Drew. She also likes reading, gardening, and traveling.
Cherishs passion for dental care began when she enrolled in a high school vocational program. After high school, she pursued a degree in dental hygiene and graduated with a bachelors degree from Indiana University. Passionate about her career, she enjoys spending time with patients, educating and motivating them on ways to achieve better oral health.In her free time, Cherish enjoys being outdoors, attending concerts, shopping, and spending time with friends and family and her dogs.

Going to the dentist used to scare me, but since coming to Dr. Majka"s office it has been a reassuring experience. I trust them to take care of my teeth and they take the time to listen to my concerns and questions.

Called with a pain, and they took me in that day. Dr. Majka took time to look, recommended X-rays . Was very pleased with both the quick appointment, and with the caring follow up.

Had my first visit at Dr. Majka's office today and it was fantastic. New patient paperwork was simple and quick. Cherish was a fantastic hygienist and was very insightful as she took X-rays, did my cleaning, etc. Finally, Dr. Majka was very friendly and open to questions. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel rushed. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Staff was amazing and accommodating. Hygienist are very knowledgeable and exceptionally good at explaining everything they are doing with the patient. Dr. Majka was great with explaining my xray and going over them with me. Facility was very clean and staff does an excellent job with being on time for each patient's appointment time.

Dr Majka is the 3rd dentist I have had since living in Valparaiso (30 odd years). I cant say enough about how good he and his staff are. He stands behind his work and does a great job. My last dentist would put in a filling and when it fell out a month later charged me for a new filling. Since I have been a patient of Dr. Majka all of my experiences have been good. His staff are really nice and even the view out of the dental rooms are pleasing and relaxing. If you are looking for a dentist in Valpo. Look no further (a friend of mine who is a dental hygienist working with another dentist actually recommended him to me)

Botched root canal and crown at the end of 2019 has already necessitated redoing. Definitely do not recommend for anything beyond a cleaning. Do not get dental work done here.
