Dr. Malecki chose to become a dentist because he liked the idea of building relationships over time with patients while also helping them achieve their needs and goals. He makes a difference in someones life every day! Decades later, he still feels confident that he chose the perfect profession for his strengths and passions.
Dr. Malecki completed his dental degree in 1981 from Loyola University, and hes been catering to both the brave and the cowardly ever since he first opened the doors to his practice in 1982. As many of his patients will tell you, he specializes in painless extractions and root canals. Today, he is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Malecki currently lives in Downers Grove with his wife Mary. Away from work, he leaves plenty of time open for his four children and three grandkids. As for hobbies, hes an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Blackhawks fan. He also enjoys salt/freshwater fishing (in fact, a 7-foot-long tarpon he caught is on display at the office), boating, traveling, and collecting antique dental artifacts. Hes got a strong artistic side too and created intricate jewelry for his classmates while in college, which enhanced his skill level when casting fillings for patients. He greatly enjoys micro painting as well, including painting all 32 NFL and 48 NCAA miniature electric football teams.

Went to Dr. Malecki many years ago. Don't know why I stopped going. Went back again today, and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend him - and I will continue going to him!

Have use Dr. Malecki for may years. He is always on time. When you have a 2pm appointment, you start within minutes of that time.

I've been going here for 25 years. His motto is we cater to cowards, which I used to be but as odd as it may seem I look forward to going to the dentist now. Friendly staff and Dr Malecki always has a funny story or 2.

Dr. Malecki has cared for my teeth for at least 15 years. His expertise is incredible, his personality is warm, empathic and pleasant, his service staff are also friendly and competent.

Okay okay. Soooo, I had to see Dr. Malecki a few years ago because I had neglected to take proper care of my teeth for some time. [I had such extreme fear of dentists because of previous dentists I saw as a kid that were not-so-great]. I was told that I needed 2 root canals + a few fillings and of course I was scared, BUT at my first appointment while I sat in the chair crying and on the verge of a panic attack Dr. Malecki and his amazing assistant were able to calm me down and proceed with the treatment plan. I felt more confident walking in the next few times after knowing I could trust the Dr. and his entire staff with my teeth and that they genuinely cared. Get this: I myself am now a dental assistant [at another practice] and I am glad to have had gone to Dr. Malecki and his team to show me how much of a positive impact one person/place can have on a patient. Due to my lack of decent dental insurance I was not able to keep going back, but I would in a heartbeat if I were able to. Thank you Dr. Malecki and team for showing empathy and kindness to the biggest coward of them all [me] haha! I hope you are all doing well. -Katheryn-

Thank you so much Dr. Malecki and the staff. I was so happy that finally my tooth gaps are fixed instantly. Never did I imagined right there and then these gaps are closed instantly. They look like my real teeth. I have a better and confident smile now. Got teary eyed after the procedure because for so long that I don't show my teeth when I smile on pictures. So now it looks really nice and beautiful. I am so thankful and blessed. And the cost is very reasonable and very affordable too. Thank you very much again. God bless you.

Excellent dentist with a terrific support staff. Appointments are extremely easy to schedule and Dr. Malecki is as equally skilled as he is knowledgeable. He always recommends the best solution to meet your dental needs and executes procedures flawlessly.

Dr. Malecki is thorough discussing treatment options available including options if applicable for treatment with a specialist although he doesnt profit from it. He is more concerned with saving teeth than making a buck. I've had teeth yanked by other dentists who won't even suggest other options even when asked. This wont happen with Dr. Malecki, you can feel safe in his care

Dr. Malecki performed a root canal on me when I was only 4 years old. He made going to the dentist not a scary thing for me as a child. I will be returning soon to see him as an adult. I was happy to see all 5 star ratings, he deserves it!
