Best dental office I've ever been to. I'm a new patient and Dr. Fritz made it a goal to introduce himself to me in the lobby prior to my appointment. Everyone in this office is cordial from the receptionist to the dentist. I really want to brag on Patty, the dental hygienist there. She was incredibly accomodating and informative about the entire cleaning process and what her next moves would be. This entire space is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.

My experience with Dr. Fritz and staff has been nothing but excellent. Both professional and courteous. Friendly atmosphere. Dental hygienist is superb. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This was the worst dental visit I have ever had. I actually thoroughly enjoy the dentist and have kept up on my dental health. My teeth and gums are in good health with no cavities or issues ever. Other than routine cleanings, the only other dental work I've had is wisdom teeth removal. I called the office inquiring about a cleaning that I planned to pay for out of pocket and made that clear. I had a lapse in dental insurance due to switching jobs, however I wanted to get my teeth cleaned before my new insurance starts due to recently starting Invisalign with an orthodontic provider. I was quoted $186 and scheduled my appointment. I made it abundantly clear to the person on the phone that I was interested in a CLEANING. My thought was that I did not want to be straightening my teeth with tartar build up in between my teeth. I arrived to the appointment and was given a hard time about not doing X-rays. It had previously been confirmed on the phone that I would not need X-rays as I had already explained my current situation. I was actually about to leave until they went to double check with the doctor again. The front office person then stated the doctor would proceed without doing X-rays. I should have followed my instincts and left. I proceed to the exam room where I was prepped by a very nice assistant. Then the doctor comes to the room and begins the exam. My teeth were never cleaned by a dental hygienist at all. I have had many cleanings in my life and I have always been cleaned by a dental hygienist first and examined by doctor last. The doctor spent about 50 minutes talking. He told me my teeth and gums were in good health. Again, my main purpose of the visit was for a CLEANING which everyone up to this point knew. At the very end of his almost hour long talk, he chipped one small piece of tartar off a tooth and told me I was good to go. I unfortunately paid $186 like an idiot and left. As soon as I got home I examined my own teeth in my regular mirror and could very clearly still see tartar buildup behind my bottom front teeth. This is about the only place that even gets tartar build up in my mouth. I should have checked before I even left, huge mistake on my part although I still wouldn't have been serviced by a dental hygienist. I immediately called the office and explained that I still had tartar buildup on my teeth that I could see with my naked eye. She started apologizing and told me the hygienist was amazing but she was booked up all summer. So they KNEW when I called about a cleaning, when I showed up and explained to the front office about a cleaning, and when I explained again to the doctor about a cleaning, that I was NEVER GETTING AN ACTUAL CLEANING BY A DENTAL HYGIENIST. Yet, they still happily took my money! It was NEVER mentioned that I would NOT be seeing a dental hygienist for cleaning which I had expressed multiple times was my ONLY reason for visiting. The front office person offered to reschedule a cleaning or process a refund. At first, I gave them the opportunity to try to make this right by rescheduling because I wanted my teeth clean! However, the front office person did not seem confident that I would get in anytime soon even though I had already paid for a service that I did not receive. After thinking about it for a couple hours, I called the office back and requested a refund and explained I would pay for the service when it was received. I was told I would only be refunded for the cleaning, not the exam. I was refunded $98 of the $186 I paid. I didn't fight it, although I believe I should have been refunded for the entire experience and wasted time. Also worth noting, the front office person kept saying things like "we can't say anything because we will get in trouble" which is just weird. Probably because they knew from my first phone call that they were scamming me out of money for a cleaning knowing I was never going to be seen by a hygienist. Everything about this visit was a HUGE waste of my time and money. I feel bamboozled and taken advantage of by this dental office.

This is a small dental practice, where a patient feels at home. Dr. Fritz and his staff are kind and professional. I never have to wait to be seen. And I don't hate going to the dentist any more! I highly recommend them!

Patty is the Best Hygienist. Very friendly and gentle* Karen is the best receptionist. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all your insurance and what and what is not covered. Dr. Fritz is gentle and talks with you while working on your teeth and helps to keep you relaxed. Office is very clean.

Dr. Fritz has a great bedside manner, excellent all around dentist, absolutely excellent clinician. He has been taking care of my wife and I for many many years. Patty is amazing and has been taking care of my wife and I for years. Incredibly gentle and thorough when taking care of our teeth, thank you Patty. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Fritz has been my dentist for 30 years. The care he provides is impeccable -- he is an expert in dentistry, he takes time and is thorough, and he surrounds himself with staff as qualified as he is. His practice didn't skip a beat during the COVID-19 pandemic; his office has always been exceptionally clean and his equipment sanitary, now the best practices for COVID safety are also in place. I felt completely confident to be in his care recently when I went in for a cleaning.

Very friendly to everyone, the staff always ask about our family. We have used this practice since moving to Cecil County twenty years ago and we are so happy we found them. They always do a good job with our teeth and they give great suggests on keeping our mouths healthy. Recently I wanted to whiten my teeth and they helped me get the whitest smile. My family is very happy to say they are our dental practice.

Dr Fritz is a wonderful dentist. He is just enjoyable to chat with and he does a great job. I wouldn't go to anyone else. His office staff (hygienist and assistant) are so nice and I wouldn't expect anything else from Dr. Fritz.
