Our office serves as an extension of your family dentist's and physician's office to provide specialized care. Dr. Radakovich has also had extensive anesthesia training which enables him to sedate patients when necessary to insure comfort. Your comfort is a top priority, so we offer a relaxed and comfortable environment and provide anesthesia when necessary. Dr. Radakovich offers a variety of anesthetic techniques including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, intravenous sedation and general anesthesia. We want you to understand and feel comfortable with the anesthetic technique that you have chosen for your surgery. Our office is fully equipped with the most advanced technology. Using the most advanced technologies allows us to better server our patients.

Sterilization is a high priority in our office, and we adhere to the highest standards of infection control in accordance with the CDC and OSHA guidelines. Our treatment rooms are equipped with the most current technology to eliminate any risks. All of our equipment is sterilized prior to treating each patient and is carefully monitored for 100% effectiveness. We will do everything possible to provide you with the highest quality of care while maximizing your protection.
Each of our instruments and hand pieces undergo thorough sterilization, as well as a process called 'autoclaving' which uses heat and pressure. For quality assurance purposes, our autoclave device is frequently monitored to verify proper sterilization.

I moved to Portland from Montana after earning my Bachelor of Science inPsychology from Montana State University. The Pacific Northwest was a greatfit for me as I enjoy both the coast and the mountains, and it is all rightoutside my door! I have been working for Dr. Radakovich since 1998 as OfficeManager and do front office work as well as insurance billing. I enjoy beinga part of Dr. Radakovichs team and working in the ever changing dentalfield.
I am a Portland native and I love the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy everything it has to offer; all of the amazing restaurants, bars, coast, hiking, and mountains. I love to travel and explore new places. I have worked for Dr. Radakovich since 1997 and I have enjoyed every minute. I love being the first person to greet you when you walk into our office. My goal for the practice is to establish a positive and comfortable experience for each patient that walks through our doors.
I was born in Seattle, WA but raised in Idaho Falls, ID. I moved to Portland, OR in 2009 and I am proud to call Oregon home. I have always been in the health care field (hospice), and transitioned into dental in 2019. I graduated top of my class at Concorde Career College. My philosophy is to provide the highest level of patient care by being caring and compassionate. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my son(Deon). We enjoy exploring Oregon with our two dogs(Rhino & Bella), swimming, camping, movie nights, good food, and spending time with friends and family.
Raised in Southern Oregon, I have an extensive background in patient care. I worked in rehab and Oncology for a few years before putting things on hold to raise my daughter. I absolutely love meeting new people and working in a medical setting; my switch to oral surgery has been the best experience, and patient care is still my passion. My other passion is spending time with my daughter and my cat, as well as exploring everything the PNW offers.
My name is Cienna. I was born in Oregon and have spent most of my life here. I really enjoy outdoor activities, cooking interesting and exotic foods and working out. After working for Legacy Hospital for five years I decided one day that I wanted to be in the dental field. I attended a technical school in Vancouver, WA for dental assisting and shortly after started working in general dentistry. The switch to Oral Surgery has been great and I love my job. I enjoy connecting with patients, minimizing their anxiety and making all patients feel welcome.

Went in for my 3 remaining wisdom teeth and a couple molars to be extracted on 9/2. I was scared, as it was the first time I have ever been put under. Dr. R and his staff made me feel comfortable instantly! The procedure went perfectly and, almost 24 hours post surgery, I am feeling great! And his phone call after I got home made me feel even better. He truly cares about his patients! You're in great hands with Dr. Joe!

Lovely practice with attention to detail. Came to Dr. Radakovich's office for the removal of my wisdom teeth and they were able to have me in for a consultation in two days and scheduled surgery a week and a half later. Dr. Radakovich is very kind and knowledgeable and prepared me well for what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Special thanks to Lori the dental assistant. She made my time there very comfortable and called the following Monday, as well as sent a note. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Four months after the implant process of April 2019 I returned for the digital scan. The assistant tried to place something into the site and was unable to do so. I sat patiently in the chair while she left the room twice to consult with the Doctor. The second time she left she said, "Don't move." Meanwhile my mouth was open and my jaw was aching, I was sweating and anxious. The Doctor came in and hit the site with an instrument causing a loud bang and a metal piece dropped out. I was anxious and shocked. They talked to me for a bit and told me my dentist could finish this. My regular Dentist has worked with me regarding my on-going anxiety concerning dental procedures. Since then I have increased dental anxiety. The way the assistant conducted the procedure was unusual and I am traumatized to this day concerning the treatment I received. I hope no one else has this type of experience.

Probably one of the best doctors I've ever had, hands down! His team is incredible too. I've been struggling with complications from a difficult wisdom tooth removal (unrelated to surgery itself), and Dr "Rad" and is team have been compassionate, thorough, responsive, and kind beyond comparison.

Careless with their masks. Surgeon had his down in the hallway and barely had it on in the consultation. Only put it on correctly when I asked him to. Incredible that medical professionals could be so thoughtless during a pandemic. Vaguely sexist painting in the waiting room.

I am very scared of needles but Dr.Radakovick was super quick and i hardly felt it! The procedure went great and the staff are super kind and caring, they gave me a care bag to go home with! Reusable ice pack, capstick,water and some other things they also wheel you out to ur car! Love this place and would definitely recommend!

My son (17) had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Radakovich recently. It was easy to get an appointment for the short consult and his staff explained every detail, including the cost, very well. We were able to make the extraction appointment quickly (before school started) and were given instructions on exactly what to expect pre and post operation. I was very pleased when Dr. Radakovich called the evening of the surgery to check on how our son was doing. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work needed!

I went to Dr. Radakovich to get my wisdom teeth removed. He and his staff made me feel amazingly comfortable and at home. From consultation to after surgery, I received exemplary care. They thoroughly explained how the procedure was going to go, what to expect during after care and answered all of my questions.

I went to Dr. Radakovich for a second option on a tooth that felt normal that a Gentle Dental dentist said I needed surgery on. After consultation and monitoring Dr. Radakovich determined it was a scar from a previous root canal and I did not need surgery. I appreciate his honesty, and professional attentiveness. His staff is great too!
