For over 30 years, Dr. Joseph Henry has been developing a passion for putting on a smile. After graduating from UCLA's School of Dentistry in 1983, Dr. Henry established an office in the city of Orange. He has since moved his location to Tustin, CA.
In 1997, Dr. Henry was invited to be a clinical instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry for Continuing Education of other dental professionals and then went on to begin his tenure at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Dr. Henry is currently the Regional Director for the Las Vegas Institute's Los Angeles-Orange County Regional Center.
In 2016 Dr. Henry received his LVI Mastership. The LVIM distinction is awarded to doctors who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency in physiologic neuromuscular dentistry blended with comprehensive esthetics. Since its inception in 2004, there have only been 27 people internationally that have achieved this coveted award.
Today, LVI is the premier postgraduate teaching facility in North America where dentists develop their aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry skills as well as their understanding ofneuromuscular dentistry concepts and applications.
Dr Henry has been a member of the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS) Peer Review committee since 2007. This committee serves to resolve any disputes that arise between dental society doctors and their patients.In 2016 he was asked to bechairman of thiscommittee and aschairman he sits on the OCDS Board of Directors.
He enjoys baseball and children's sports and resides in North Tustin with his wife and four children. Dr. Henry proudly serves dental patients from Orange County including Orange, Tustin, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Irvine, Garden Grove, Los Angeles, Anaheim, and Anaheim Hills, CA.

My previous dentist had retired and my wife had followed the very positive community reviews to Joseph J. Henry DDS. Based on my wife's very positive experience, I too decided to become a patient of Dr. Henry. I have been very impressed with his up-to-date care; which has included crown replacement and dental hygiene care. I have recommended Dr. Henry to friends and family. I give ten stars to Dr. Henry and his Staff. Both the front office and the professional assistants are courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable in their work. Dr. Henry is very caring, superb, and an honest professional who is meticulous and takes great pride in his work with perfect results. In addition he trusts and respects other colleagues in their particular area of expertise , and will not hesitate to refer his patients when appropriate. I've got nothing but deep gratitude for Dr. Henry and his staff. I've been a patient for over 20 years! Orien is absolutely the best and helps to keep me squared away with appointments with my hectic schedule. They have done the most beautiful veneers for me. I've had the best smile thanks to them and love to use it. They have even been there in emergency situations and found time to give me my smile back. It broken my tooth and was just devastated as it happened on a holiday weekend. They were kind enough to help fix me up. Ever so grateful for having an office that feels like extended family. Dr. Henry and his team are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Went in to have the bonding on my front teeth redone after my previous dentist majorly messed it up and Dr Henry did an AMAZING job. Everything is just so perfect and I can finally smile confidently again. Thank you!

Dr. Henry and his entire staff are the best of the best in every aspect of dentistry and professionalism. Dr. Henry has an easy going disposition and is very meticulous and caring in the dental treatment of his patients. He is a teaching dentist, so he has much expertise and experience in every aspect of the dental field and is great at patiently answering questions related to your individual treatment plan. I think it speaks volumes about his personality that his office staff have worked with him for many years, some for decades, vowing never to retire until he does. I love it that when I have an appointment, I always am greeted by the same pleasant people who ask questions about the well being of my family or about my job and actually remember all about me because they really care. This is an office where you are always greeted with a smile and their undivided attention, and you leave uplifted, feeling better than when you walked in. The office itself is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and every inch from floor to ceiling is spotless. Oh, and the bathroom is the nicest and cleanest one I've ever used. I completely trust Dr. Henry and each of his employees in providing me with the very best dental care and will never hesitate to refer my friends to this office.

Wow! Dr. Henry & his staff made my dream smile come true. From start to finish, it was such a wonderful experience. He took his time with me explaining how everything worked & answered all of my questions, big & small. We went through all the shapes & colors, so I was confident is every step. This is a life changing decision & I am beyond thrilled how my smile turned out. It's pretty amazing how a beautiful smile can change everything, I love taking photos & I can't stop smiling (& looking in the mirror), I just wish I did it sooner!

I'm feeling much better after working with Dr. Henry. I came in for TMJ related pain and nighttime teeth grinding, and after receiving my appliances my quality of life has improved tremendously, especially where sleep is concerned. Also, as a patient during Covid-19, safety is priority and it is clear that it is a priority for Dr. Henry and his staff as well.

I found his office listed under LVI website for TMJ disorders. I scheduled and waited a month for a TMJ consultation under Joseph Henry. I suffer from this disorder and so I looked forward to my visit and there aren't may dentists that work with TMJ. After the 1.5hr consultation, we discussed the fine details as to what needed to be done, how it would be done, and overall details about the procedure. The next day I received an email from his receptionist that he wishes to decline to work with me and to find another dentist. It's capricious and it was a waste of time, above all there wasn't a valid reason or any reason given for my denial of service. The only thing I can think of is he doesn't like certain personalities, therefore it may be an office that practices that aspect of discrimination.

I have know Joe and Orien for 30 years, they are the best at what they do from customer service to the dentistry I rate them at A+A+A+ If your lucky enough to get in as a patient you will be working with one of the best!

Visited Dr Henry today for my scheduled cleaning. We got to talking about how amazing my crowns and veneers look. It has been 15 years. I need a couple new teeth done and his price was still the best around. Highly recommend.
