After completing undergraduate studies at Brooklyn College in 1977, Dr. Gul attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. At graduation in 1980, the award for Best in Endodontics was bestowed upon him.
He is married to Debbie, with whom he has three children - Alaina, Jason and Risa. Outside the dental office, Dr. Gul enjoys traveling and a variety of sports, with a special interest in baseball. Next time you see him, be sure to ask him about his favorite teams.

Dr. Gul is awesome in every way. Patient, friendly and always remembers prior issues and discussions. This visit, I had forgotten to take antibiotics before seeing the doctor, and he reminded me before starting my treatment. First time I have worked with this assistant, but she was very good as well. Gentle and alert.

I love Dr. Gul and his staff. they are efficient, knowledgeable about what my insurance covers, and very personable. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. They are very conscientious about following Covid guidelines, and the treatments I've had done were very thorough. My Daughter and I are both going there, and we are so happy with this practice! As a bonus, it is very close to my home. I'm so glad we found Dr. Gul. Highly recommended.

My last dentist retired 2 years ago and a close friend suggested Dr. Gul...and all my problems were solved! Really appreciate the effort he and his staff put in at the beginning of the pandemic to make me feel safe. Really is a pleasure to let him deal with my dental health! Great group of people.

I had a very thorough cleaning at Dr. Gul's office, and my daughter had a good experience as well. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and always sends reminders so you don't miss you appointments. Very easy to schedule as they have flexible hours for working people. Highly recommended!

Dr. Joseph Gul is an outstanding individual and consummate professional. Most important for me, Dr. Gul is a person who values his reputation for delivering quality service at a reasonable price. This quality is becoming increasingly more difficult to find in many businesses where the needs and interests of the customer is, at best, an afterthought. I have been a patient of Dr. Gul for many years, and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

Dr Gul is amazing, always there for me, knows that going to the dentist is traumatic for me. Always makes me feel at ease, he's done beautiful laminates and bridges for me, that are still as beautiful as when they looked when first completed many years later. I had a little emergency and Dr. Gul was able to see me the same day, and solved my problem in a matter of minutes and I was able to get a cleaning from one of his long standing staff. Just truly amazing. I highly recommend.
