Dr Fridgen and dr Van are wonderful dentists who truly care for their young patients. The office and staff are also amazing. Highly recommended!

I wrote about Dr. Fridgen before but just had another great visit and had to write again!! If you have been looking for a great pediatric dental office--This is your place!!! No need to keep looking. I have been coming here since I was 3 years old and it was Dr. Fridgen that helped me overcome my fears of going to the dentist. Basically, I have the world's smallest mouth and I didn't want anybody working on my mouth when I was younger. Dr. Fridgen and the other Docs showed me that going to the dentist can be fun and gave me all the TLC I needed at such a young age to overcome my fear. Everybody was understanding, empathetic, and patient with me. They were even able to do a couple of fillings on me when I was only 3 years old!!! Fast forward to today and I still love coming in for my checkups--even as a teenager. The dental assistants really love their job and make it so fun for the little ones. Lida is one of the recents ones I've had and she was able to get my teeth sparkling clean and even coached me on where I was missing in cleaning my teeth. They show all the younger kids all of the instruments they use too and walk them through every step of the way. I always see kids giggling while they get their teeth cleaned because they are having such a good time. My little sister loves being able to pick her own movie even though she watches Frozen every time!! I'll be coming for check ups as long as I can because I am still a kid at heart. I'll also be bringing kids of my own one day!!!

I've been coming to this office for a long time now and i couldnt be more disappoint on how crazy it is . I mean it feels like a circus and not in a good way .I brought my 2 children in for cleaning and one my children needs a lot of attention because he has a hard time, does not like cleanings. His assistant was not all understanding or nice to him at all .I know she has been working there for a long time but she came out very rude and uncaring . Her name started with an R and she is ethic .Which i have no problems with but all she kept doing was talking about her kids and family. Like i would talk about drawings that my child did and she kept changing the subject to her kid and her mother in law,like she was talking way to much and becoming to personal like why do i want to know that you hate your mother in law ?? And then the other assistant does not tell her co-worker to work at all and then she cleaned my child teeth and they complain that it hurt and she was very distant , like she didn't sing to my child or make jokes to comfort him like the previous assistants did .The second assistant was blonde and has been there for lots of years but seem like she never works with kids. These 2 took forever to get the dr and then instead of making the appointment go by fast they stood and chit-chat and honestly im appalled beacuse they were standing close to me and i heard them talking badly about their coworkers about how lazy their coworkers are and how they are rude and honesty i could only laugh because they didnt realized that they were rude and unprofessional, honelty i feel bad for the people they were talking about . As a mom i want friendly and playful assistants to work on my child not these 2 unprofessional ladies who are too old to gossip. Im sorry but ive never been disappoint with this office so to have these 2 instead of the boy assitant or the younger assitant ,really showed me that not all assistants are same. Omg then to check out is ridiculous , like there was no one at the front desk like patients or parents and the blonde assitant walked us towards the end of the hall where the no cavity board is and drop the paper next to reception and told me to sit and walk away like wow .She didnt even give good direction at all like why do i have to sit if the girl is available and she didnt even say have a good day or nothing just" have a seat " . The front desk must of saw my look of disgusted because she helped me right away and had to apologized for her older coworkers bad direction, like wow. The only saving graces was the front girl like she is young but is professional not at all like the older assistants. I dont know whats going on but they need to be retrain or fired like i really hope i dont get those assistant again i hope i get the younger assistant that sings or the boy assistant please and thank you. Sincerely disappoint

Oh my, wow what a dental office! I've never met an office that cares so much about children and who make sure children are comfortable. Right from the start the assistant michelle was so friendly and approachable And made sure my little one was ready for Dr van . I know that my child has a hard time staying still for anything i do so i dont know how they were able to get my child to relax and do the filling but im so greatful that they were able to and my little one left happy and confident . Cant wait to see them in 6 months . Definitely requesting the same dr and assistant for my little one.

This is very busy pediatric dental office. But every wait is worth for kids to get right attention and experience. Staff and doctor is very well aware of kid's attitude and likes. Definitely recommend this office for kids who is ready to go to dentist for the first time and for on going routine check up.

This is very busy pediatric dental office. But every wait is worth for kids to get right attention and experience. Staff and doctor is very well aware of kid's attitude and likes. Definitely recommend this office for kids who is ready to go to dentist for the first time and for on going routine check up.

Staff are consistently wonderful with the little ones. Just wish insurance would cover their higher than average check up costs.

Good pediatric dentist. Busy practice with a lot of patients. Dr. Fridgen is good with kids and explains what he sees and is doing. Instills confidence in a parent that their child is in good hands. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Treatment area and waiting room are kid oriented with tablets and movies, and is very clean.

My sons, 3 and 5 years old, both loved going to Dr. Fridgen for the first time. Kayla, the dental hygienist, was so kind and gentle. She explained everything in kid friendly terms and the boys felt very comfortable. They keep telling their friends about their experience at the dentist and want to play "dentist" at home. Thank you for a wonderful 1st time experience!

This dental office is the BEST!! My kids love going to the dentist! The entire staff --from reception to hygienists to the dentists---is so warm and friendly. The kids get to choose a movie to watch on the ceiling while the cleaning/procedure is happening so the little patients are distracted and happy.

Excellent "bedside manner", kids were very comfortable with Dr. Fridgen, and he explained to me concisely the condition and recommendations of my children's dental health and game plan going forward. The assistants were also top notch as usual! Thank you Dr. Fridgen! .
