Not a good place, not a good experience. The doctor wouldnt address my issues and kept looking at/talking to the staff behind me as if I was not there. All they are worried about is the money, payment payment payment, not my concerns

Receptionist Angie is very rude & unprofessional. Should not be working In front if she does not have the patience for customers questions & concerns especially when it's about a bill. Will not be returning.

I appreciate Dr.Ruston West professional and honest opinion for my tooth. The entire staff is very professional, efficient and very nice. I highly recommend Premier Endodontist to anyone. They are also very accommodating for scheduling. Thank you Premier! You are all top notch!

I had a root canal retreated at this facility a number of years back. The treatment went well however the doctor let me leave without telling me he cracked my crown during the procedure. I went to my dentist within a week and he told me it had to be replaced because it had been cracked during the process. I was ticked at the dishonesty and there is no way he didn't know it happened. Note: there is no way you will be able to walk out of the office without paying the balance of your bill. I would never recommend this facility.

I just had a root canal here with Dr. Mehrotra. Her and her assistant did a fabulous job! Highly recommend them. Not only did they check in with me every step of the way, but they continuously went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. At the end of the visit, the dental assistant game me a warm lavender scented towel. Seriously the best place you can get a root canal.

Highly recommend Dr. deGuzman and his staff! I was pretty nervous going in, but they were very kind and calmly explained everything to me. I didn't feel a thing through the whole procedure. Will definitely return if needed in the future!

I had a root canal done yesterday by Dr. Mehrotra. She was wonderful! I suffer from anxiety and was a hot mess when I went in to have the procedure done. The entire staff was kind and helped me to relax. The worst part were the Novocain injections, after that I felt nothing but mild pressure. Dr. Mehrotra would check in with me to ensure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Today I have mild soreness in my jaw but the excruciating pain I was in is 100% gone. I was fully informed of my financial responsibilities when I made the appointment and again when I checked in, nothing was surprise. I can't say enough about this positive experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. deGuzman, his assistant Kassy and all the other staff were friendly, caring, and professionals at what they do. The procedure and payment process was explained in detail. Very efficient and they enjoy what they do for their patients. Highly recommended!

I had been recommended to come to this office from my primary dentist to get a root canal done. It was not communicated to me that the entire cost for my expensive dental procedure was due at the time of visit when I made the appointment. I received a call the day before saying my balance that I need to pay would be almost $600 for services. I was told we could do a payment plan. I was willing to pay the first half as suggested, the second half they said they could take a post dated check or credit cards. We don't have a credit card to put on file. I explained that we are waiting on checks from our bank and they weren't willing to allow me to give them one as soon as they came in for the other half. It's clearly evident money is more important than patient care. I'm glad I was caught up in this before because this speaks volumes to their thought process as an office.
