Dr Jorn is very respectful and understanding in regards to the care he provides . Have had several procedures, and all have been installed professionally and in a timely manner.

I went to get my teeth cleaned and it was great. The doctor told me I needed a root canal and crown. The front desk staff told me my total out of pocket cost with my insurance would be $1,302.00 and that I could pay half now and the rest later. I told my husband the cost and he said that was too high. I called my insurance and they explained my coverage to me and it was clear the dentist was over charging me. My husband and I called and went to the dentist office and told them what the insurance said. They still said the total out of pocket cost would be $1,302.00. I asked for my x-rays and they said they didn't know how to email them. My husband called them and said I was requesting my x-rays. The front desk staff said that was an invasion of privacy even though, I was asking for my own records. They told my husband they would call me to get my email. The dentist office called and I gave them my information. I asked them if they could please call my insurance and get an authorization so I could know excellently what my cost would be. They never called back so I called them. They said they couldn't get a hold of my insurance. I told them I would call them again and have them contact the office. My insurance called them and explained what I'm covered for and said the dental office would call me back. I didn't get a call or an email of my x-rays. My husband called his dentist in San Jose and said that his dentist could see me that evening at 6. I needed my x-rays so I went to the dental office and they had printed my x-rays. I guess they didn't want patients to hear my story. They told me to follow them into the next room. I saw the doctor and he said he wanted to talk to me. I told him I was going to San Jose. I also told him that I shouldn't have to do all this work. I told him that I work in the medical field,I find patient's insurances and bill insurances. I would never over charge a patient or make them do more work than they have to. They gave me a new price which was $455.00 less than their original price. I told them I was going to an other dental office but to keep my appointment for the 30th. I went to my husband's dentist. She took an x-ray for free and told me that we should do a filling instead of a root canal. She said she wanted to save the tooth. She did the filling and something else that would kill the nerve, I can't remember. But, she stayed late to help me. The doctor did mention that if I was still feeling pain that they would have to do a root canal. I asked how much the root canal would cost and it was way less than the previous doctor. She is the best dentist that I have ever had. I loved it!!!!!! If we didn't question Dr. Olimpiada's costs, I would have paid $1,302.00. I am really disappointed with Dr. Olimpiada's office. I wonder how many patients over paid at their office: (

The worst denstry and staff the latina lady she don't know any about her job she told me to do a job, I told her that my insurance almost expired,they told me ,we will charge the insurance today, so they forgot it,and put they did the job when I wasn't insured. on my second visit to put my crowns back,my insurance the will cover 750 on the day they will charge me. and nothing from my pocket but now they want to stole me send me to collection for 1750 I went there and ask why is a diferent price they just said they cannot provide to me any information,I called the colectors and they told me they Dr have to provide that information but this place is not a profesional place looks like you deal to staff from other country, they just want your money no matter what.hardly not recomend this place even for people who speak spanish it worse they pull your leg. Raza no vayan aqui los va a fregar este lugar te trancean

Dr. Jorn is the best. In switched over from several Dentists who did not make me feel comfortable at all. My husband recommended him since him and our son goes to see him. From the moment I walked in to the office I felt like I was in a right place. The office is super clean and the stuff super professional. I was super happy after ,y first impression and certainly planning to come back for future checks ups and whatever other dental needs I will need in the future

I've been going to Dr. Olimpiadas dental office for many years now. He is very professional and always punctual. Most importantly, he has much patience with me which puts me at ease - this is very important since a visit to the dentist is nerve-racking for anyone! :)

I switched to see Dr. Jorn from my other Dentist who only cared about the numbers of patients he sees. Dr. Jorn provides personal care, great quality of service and he has a sense of humor. My son always want s to go to his clinic to get his teeth checked. He is only 6 years old. How many kids love seeing their dentist? Yes, not many. I highly recommend Olympic Dentistry to anyone who wants a top quality care and personal attention from a doctor and not his or her assistant. Keep up an awesome work Dr. Jorn.

Since childhood, I've always had tremendous anxiety over going to the dentist. As a result, I had resigned myself to the belief that going to the dentist was just something I had to force myself to go through. However, to my surprise, I have to say that my experience as Dr. Olimpiada's patient has changed the way I had previously thought and felt. Dr. Olimpiada is as personable and passionate about his work as he is professional and knowledgeable. He has this incredible, rare ability to balance the fine line between communicating with you the details of your dental needs clearly, directly, and thoroughly on the one hand and making you forget about the fact that you are actually at the dentist with his sense of humor and caring personality on the other hand. And all all of these qualities are reflected in the his staff and dental practice. I only wish I had a dentist like Dr. Olimpiada growing up! I'd definitely highly recommend Dr. Olimpiada to anyone, but particularly to those who are and who always have been anxious about going to the dentist. 5 stars! :)

Best dentist and best dental office I've been to...EVER! The difference here is definitely the experience - you are getting a doctor and who actually cares about his patients AND his practice. A big plus is his sense of humor - laughter eases anxiety, especially in my case! On top of all that, his staff are great! They are very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a good dentist!
