Dr. Menendez possesses over 27 years of exceptional experience in dentistry. Dr. Menendez graduated from University of Havana. After earning his doctorate in Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Menendez practiced general dentistry in Cuba until 1997, when he came to the United States. He was able to practice dentistry again in the State of Florida in 2005 after attending an international program at Loma Linda University, CA and passing all the required state board examinations.

Dr. Menendez is a skilled and highly trained dentist. Committed to delivering the most professional dental care to all of his patients, Dr. Menendez established his own practice in January 2011. He specializes in all aspects of general dentistry with special interests in the treatment of cosmetics, implants, and complete rehabilitation. Dr. Menendez has the expertise, knowledge, and experience to deliver the most advanced and comprehensive dental care.

Dr. Villar obtained her dental degree from the University of Florida after working as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the United States and as a General Dentist and Periodontist in Havana, Cuba. In order to offer her patients more comprehensive periodontal care, she has recently undergone postgraduate training in soft tissue management and implantology. Her commitment to lifelong education in such topics as esthetic restorative dentistry, dental implants, and endodontics ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow. Her professional memberships include the American and Florida Dental Associations, South Florida District Dental Association, CEOLA-HELO Dental Association, and LAODI. Dr. Villar is an active member of the Mother of Christ Catholic Church, and in her leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Oswaldo as well as going to movies and reading.

Cristy is Dr. Menendez wife and handles all office business, as well as processes insurance matters. She has assumed a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice. Cristy makes sure the office runs smoothly and ensures that we work in a wonderful environment. She attended University of Miami and Florida International University where she majored in Finance and Taxation. She is especially talented with her communication skills and her contagious enthusiasm is sure to leave a positive impression on anyone she meets. Cristy was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She spends a lot of her spare time being the busy mom of three young boys!

Lili received her Dental Assistant and Dental X-Ray certifications from the Hialeah Technical Institute in February 1993. She has actually been involved in the medical field for over 30 years, having spent the previous years working for a pharmaceutical company. Lili highly values all of our patients, and they look forward to seeing her on their visits to our office. She is also responsible for all of our clinical inventory. Originally from Guantanamo, Cuba, she moved to the United States over 20 years ago together with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, Natalie and Leslie, and can also be found helping out at her sons business.

Ive joined Menendez Dental in 2014 and finds it to be an absolute blessing to work in an office where everyone is family and truly cares about each other. A dental assistant since 1997, she specializes in laboratory duties and possess good eye-hand coordination and color perception, as well as patience to attend to detail. Her friendly and gentle personality is appreciated by everyone at the office. She and her husband, Ramon, have two handsome boys, Hansel and Jason. She enjoys traveling with her family, reading and music as her two sons played piano.

Janet is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in Miami for over 20 years. After graduating from G. Holmes Braddock High School, she decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Janet graduated from Miami Dade College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011. She is specialized in preventing and treating oral diseases, and provides the professional cleanings for our patients. In addition, she educates our patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health. Janets wonderful and professional manner provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for our patients and our team. She loves the outdoors! In her spare time youll probably find her going out on the boat with her husband. She loves going to church and spending time with her family.
