Arrived on time for my appointment and they weren't ready for me. This was frustrating as I was listening in on a conference call. Hygienist was particularly rough as she cleaned my teeth, she pinched my lip and stabbed my gum quite a few times. She also sprayed me with water, did a poor job of rinsing and suctioning my mouth, and didn't provide me with glasses until I asked. I vocalized my need for glasses, asked if the glasses she brought me were clean (because they didn't seem like it) and informed her that she was being rough during the visit. I also asked her to revisit a spot along my gum line as it seemed as if she didn't remove the plaque. Days later, the practice mailed me a letter saying they wouldn't be able to render services anymore. When I inquired they pointed to my interaction with said hygienist. Honestly, I'd already scheduled another visit with a former dentist because I was so turned off by the visit here; but, I was insulted that instead of asking about my experience as a patient and/or inquiring about the circumstances, they dispositioned me after delivering a terrible experience.

Dr.Ferrage is very funny and friendly person who love the new Orleans saints. And the staff are wonderful and awesome ladies.

Office staff are always very helpful and friendly. Kerri goes above and beyond to get you an appointment when needed and handles all billing. Michelle the hygienist is very gentle and listens to your needs. Dr Ferrage is very personal and helpful. I would recommend this practice to everyone,

Administrative Assistant accommodating with appointments, insurance, guidance to assist patient needs. Dental Hygenist is skilled to completeness for total health in oral hygiene. Dr. Ferrage is skilled and very compassionate. And professional. A totally good experience and my mouth is left in the best possible way to continue onward for this Granny. Thank you all to Doctor and staff!

Dr. Ferrage is a great dentist with a friendly staff. The location is within 5 minutes off the Clearview North exit.

Had a super awesome visit to the dentist this time. Always love seeing Dr. Ferrage, but the hygienist I saw this time, was just wonderful. Not only was she very sweet and kind, but she took the time to read my chart before hand as opposed to just asking me questions and rushing me. She also continued to ask me if I felt ok and reminded me to let her know if anything was uncomfortable during my cleaning. Pleasant conversation and just a very kind lady. I felt very well taken care of and it's always nice visiting with Dr. Ferrage. I greatly appreciate this type of extra care!

Great location. The staff is so nice and I was helped very quickly! My dental hygienist was sweet and awesome! The Dr was great and helpful.
