Our entire office shares a passionate commitment to improving the dental health of patients. Katie Ferraz-Souza D.D. S. was born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. She attended the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in 1998. Dr. Katie completed her post graduate studies at the University of Minnesota where she earned her Doctorate of Dentistry Degree in 2009. She is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She studied abroad in South and Central America, and was part of the dental support team for victims of Hurricane Mitch that devastated Honduras in 1998.
Dr. Katie is fluent in Portuguese and communicates well in Spanish. She shares her expertise with people of all ages in her practice to include cosmetic dentistry, dental implant restorations, and Invisalign braces. She is always challenging herself to be up to date with the most modern dental technology, and studying better, safer and less painful forms of treatment for her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Katie is the mother of five children and is very involved both socially and professionally in her local community. Dr. Katie has a passion for helping people, a special interest in working with children and has a focus in providing a more natural and holistic approach to dentistry.

I had a tooth that was, to put it simply, a pain in the rear. Everyone at Jordan Family Dental was extremely patient and kind with the situation. Dr. Katie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of throughout all of the visits. I truly appreciate the kindness I was shown here and highly recommend this office.

I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and am sorry I did not find them sooner, they have been truly wonderful! I highly recommend Jordan Family Dental to anyone new to the area or looking for a new dentist to try.

Dr. Katie does excellent work. I had a couple of crowns replaced as well as the general work. She listens to your comments and concerns and explains what she is doing in the prices. She and the staff are pleseant to be around. I recommend this Dentistry.

Allison the dental hygienist and Dr. Katie are amazing! My 5 year old had his first appointment today and was super scared, cried the whole drive there. They were so amazing at making him feel safe and comfortable. I did my cleaning first and Allison and Dr. Katie let him sit right next to me and watch the whole thing, explaining everything in a way a 5 year old can understand. He was so calm and ready to go when it was his turn in the chair. Thank you Allison and Dr. Katie for making this such an easy and calm first trip to the dentist for my nervous little guy!

I recently broke a tooth and needed a crown done. The entire process was comfortable! Dr. Katie is a fantastic doctor that prides herself on doing what's best for her patients; Jordan is lucky to have her!

It was very easy to switch from our long time dental clinic to Jordan Family Dental. My hygienist Allison is awesome, so sweet and fun! The receptionist was very friendly as well. Dr. Katie was very good at explaining what I should expect with some of my older fillings as time goes on. I appreciate how workable they are, that they check your insurance coverage for you first and are close to home for me. So glad we found Dr. Katie and her team!
