Dr Beth is great! My kiddos love her and she makes going to the dentist fun! She noticed a possible issue with my youngest that wasn't been brought up with our previous dentist. We really appreciate her attention to detail!

We have been going to this practice for a number of years and have hide a wide array of dental needs. The staff has always been kind and professional. I have felt safe letting my children go back alone without me. There are some things I have observed from my own family and from sitting in the waiting room being around other patients and parents is that extra x rays that can be done are. As well as sealants and nitrous oxide, which is heavily pushed when parents turn it down being told 99% of patients use and need it.

Love the dentists, the staff, the office, everything about Jordan Creek Pediatric Dentistry. My 6 kids love going & I appreciate that while thorough & skilled, they are also conservative with their treatment. I am 100% confident in following their advice.

I don't like the fact that they don't allow parents to go back with them. They expect parents to be in the waiting lobby but I don't see why a parent can't be accommodated during the visit like before covid. I don't know how well they are caring for my kids or how my kids are behaving.

As the mom of a special needs kiddo that is terrified of the dentist, Dr. Robb and Dr. Beth are simply godsends. They just understand kiddos, are patient as can be, and are so sweet. We love them! Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Rob is great with the kids. He's the only dentist we've been to since my son was Kyle and he's 17 now. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in the care provided at Jordan Creek Pediatric Dentistry. We've been coming here for over 7 years. We usually see Dr. Rob, but he is gone due to medical reasons and had to see his colleague. First, they are still heavily enforcing Covid mandates- masks, temperature checks and check in Covid questions. This is one of the only offices I know that still enforcing such strict Covid guidelines. We also are no longer able to go back with your child while they get their dental cleaning and meet with the dentist, they said this is due to possible Covid contamination. Never mind that I live with the child! Instead, the dental hygienist come out and tell you in the waiting room, in front of everyone, what they and the dentist found concerning! I never even got to see the dentist!! This is a huge HiPPA violation and very unprofessional. We will be looking for a new dentist.

Jordan Creek Pediatric Dentistry has fantastic staff! They are all so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and devoted to their patients. It was a much better experience for us than we anticipated. Our 5 year old told us, "all of my dentists were so nice to me there!". The facilities were clean and welcoming and easy to get to. The staff did a fabulous job of walking us (as parents) through the procedures and protocols. They were patient and always available to answer questions or concerns we had. We were so impressed. It is obvious they know what they are doing and have plenty of experience. I highly recommend them.

We have been seeing Dr. Rob and his staff well before my daughter was born (She is 9 now). He's ALWAYS upbeat, friendly and great with the kids. His office staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

We sought out this peds dentistry office to get a second opinion and are very glad we did! Dr. Rob gives great education, listens, and makes sure you understand his treatment recommendations. We trust Dr. Rob and value his perspective.

Couldn't say enough wonderful things about this practice. Everyone is so nice and no complaints only compliments from my seven year old. Highly recommend! No wonder my dad referred to him for so many years (retired dentist.)

My son is not quite 2 and just had his second appointment at this office. At both appointments, every person we have encountered - from the front desk folks to the dental hygienists to the dentist - have all been great. Kind, welcoming, and professional. They really put him at ease in an unfamiliar situation, and the appointments have gone smoother than I expected. Highly recommend.

Dr Beth is always so happy and keeps the kids excited about brushing and going back to the dentist. The only thing I would say needs improvement is I feel like we are always waiting there. We didn't get in til then minutes after our apt time and we were there for an HR.. 20min of that time waiting for the Dr to come in which seems like forever with an impatient toddler then of course she didn't want to Cooperate for the exam.
