Dental implants are strong titanium posts that are surgically inserted into your jawbone where natural teeth are missing. The titanium dental implants actas artificial tooth roots to whichlifelike crowns, bridges, and dentures can be attached. Dentistry professionals consider implants to be the best way to replace missing teeth because they provide support to the jawbone, prevent bone recession, and keep restorations like dentures securely in place.

After placing your implants, Dr.Saccoh will attach a lifelike dental restoration. This dental restoration is designed to renew your smile and boost your confidence. Itcan also make it easier to eathealthy foods like crunchy fruits and veggies.

When natural teeth are missing, your jawbone can shrink and weaken. This can give your face a shrunken appearance. Implants encourage strongbone growth, and the attached restorations can make your face look full and healthy.

In this video, Dr. Mohamed Saccoh discusses dental implants. Implants can replace one tooth or several teeth. Implants are the only tooth replacement option that help maintain the bone around the tooth.

Dental crowns are essentially custom-made caps that are fixed directly on the surface of damaged teeth. Made from stain-resistant porcelain ceramic, crowns can last a decade or longer with proper care and oral hygiene.

Crowns can also be placed over anchor teeth to effectively hold a dental bridge in place. Bridges not only restore the appearance of your teeth but improve your dental function, allowing you to chew properly and speak clearly. Meanwhile, the restorations balance your bite and prevent other teeth from shifting out of place, helping you avoid costly dental procedures in the future.

While some dental problems are obvious, such as a missing tooth, other times, damage and decay will not present any noticeable symptoms. It is best to attend regular checkups with our dentist so we can spot and treat issues early on.

In this video, Dr. Mohamed Saccoh discusses the full mouth restoration process for someone who suffers from long-term teeth grinding. First, the patient needs an appropriate diagnosis. Then, we will likely recommend an orthotic before completing the full mouth restoration.

In some circumstances, the best option for restoring a patient's oral health and improving their quality of life is to remove what remains of the natural teeth and provide a custom denture. Thanks to All-on-4, dentures are more secure, functional, and comfortable than ever.

In the past, implant-supported dentures could require as many as eight dental implants to remain in place. Now, with the All-on-4 method, Dr. Saccoh can attach a complete denture to only four dental implants. Because the implants are specially designed and inserted at a precise angle, many patients can receive All-on-4 dentures without going through preparatory bone grafting.

Not all dentists are qualified to offer All-on-4, but Dr. Saccoh of Joppa, MD, is not like most dentists. As a member of the prestigious International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Saccoh has the skill and experience required to both surgically place dental implants and attach the implant-supported denture.

An infected tooth can cause pain, and the infection can spread throughout your body if it is not treated. Our dentist can restore health to your tooth through root canal therapy. In many cases, he can place a permanent crown over the tooth on the same day thanks to CEREC crown-milling technology.

Crowns are dental restorations that resemble natural teeth. A traditional crown is used as a cap to protect a compromised tooth, while an implant-supported crown is attached to a dental implant to replace a missing tooth. Our office in Joppa, MD, features a state-of-the-art CEREC crown-milling machine, which enables our dentist to design and manufacture a permanent crown in less than an hour.

In addition to implant-supported dentures, our dentist also offers traditional full and partial dentures. Like all of our restorations, our dentures are completely natural-looking and custom-designed to fit comfortably in your mouth.

Dentists use fillings to replace tissue after cavity treatment. Dr. Saccoh uses tooth-colored fillings that are much less noticeable than traditional metal fillings. Many full mouth reconstructions involve removing old metal fillings and replacing them with tooth-colored alternatives.

Did you know that health issues in your mouth and the alignment of your bite can affect the muscles in your jaw? Many patients who require full mouth reconstructions experience jaw pain or clicking and popping sensations when they open their mouths. Dr. Saccoh can design your full mouth reconstruction so that it addresses the issues affecting your temporomandibular joints (TMJs).

If you do not have dental insurance, or if your insurance does not cover everything, we can help you apply for financing through CareCredit, a healthcare lender that enables you to pay for dentistry in manageable monthly installments.

Full mouth reconstructions are mostly focused on restoring oral health and basic function to patients with severely compromised teeth and gums. However, many patients choose to take their treatments a step further by enhancing the aesthetics of their smiles through cosmetic dentistry.

At Family, Cosmetic & Implant Dental Care, we offer many cosmetic solutions, including dental veneers. Veneers are thin shells that Dr. Saccoh can attach to the surfaces of your teeth, obscuring imperfections like stains, chips, and cracks.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very disrespectful and rude. She very clearly did not want to help me or even try to answer my questions. If you want a poor customer service experience this is the place to go. I will not be bringing my business here
