Maybe the problem with customer service is due the way staff is treated. Indeed ad listed for dental hygienist offered $20/hour below market rates. I'm sure they are getting the best of the best applying.... or no one.

I ended up going here because they were the ones that took the insurance that I had at the time. My biggest issue with them is poor communication. I got a denture there which lasted until the first time that I tried to eat something, at which point it came out and hasn't been back in there since. I indicated to them that I found it intolerable and got zero response to this. The last time I was there a sharp implement was driven into my gum in my lower jaw, no explanation given after I stopped that, and no further visits to this place. Not recommended, and I will not be going back here.

I wish they would have told me when I scheduled my appointment that their text message confirmations are not actually confirmations (apparently they are through another company), and that you need to confirm the appointment with them as well by calling. This being because my hygienist was not in the office which is most definitely not my fault. My appointment was cancelled when I took off work, and drove an hour to go. When I arrived they told me they had another day available for me which did not help seeing as I already took off work. Highly annoyed especially when I waited since I believe July for this appointment, and it's now October. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

We took our daughter for her first dentist appointment, and, by no fault of the hygienist, she got scared. However, we got her calmed down, and ready to try again and the dentist refused to see her, then handed us a referral slip to a pediatric dental group. Apparently its "better for the child" to put them under anesthesia and knock them out. Not only that, but the dentist didn't even have the courtesy to discuss this outside of the room, out of our child's earshot. Our child has enough problems with new experiences, let alone having a dentist tell us RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR CHILD that they didnt "want to ruin her experience." It is TOTALLY unprofessional to let a child dictate service based on the child saying they dont want to see the dentist. I'm not going back, not even for myself. I called and cancelled my next appointment as soon as we left. The best part? We can't take our daughter to the pediatric denistist because they don't accept our insurance. I'll take my family to a clinic that won't let a couple of tears get in the way of care.
