Had a root canal done on April 2017 then July 8th I had issues with it again and she did not want to see me and asked for me to see another dentist. She charged me for the job/service that was done incorrect. I was looking and I finally found another dentist to see me and treat my tooth. I was very disappointed with Dr. Jones that I would never want to see her again or recommend anyone to go with her.

Could not ask for a better experience at the dentist - I was terrified of all dental practices before meeting Dr Jones & the Team. They did fantastic work for me whilst pain free and helping me overcome my fear - thanks all!

The dentist is a very nice person and seems to be pretty good at her job; in the past she gave me a referral to a great specialist and did a fine job putting the crown on...but after this most recent bout I will never return. When I came in with tooth pain (and was charged for an emergency visit) I was turned away empty handed because "my teeth had too much tarter to apply a temporary fix." When I asked if I could get scheduled for a cleaning the receptionist turned me away and said she's booked 5 weeks out. I went to another dentist. got in the very next morning and they said my teeth were perfectly clean. This new dentist also had to take new xrays because they said Dr. Frances' office wasn't transmitting them without giving them a hard time about signing extra legal paperwork. Avoid at all costs! They'll run your dental benefits dry and give you a very impersonalized service.

Don't be fool by her credentials - Dr.Frances Jones using them to get more money from you, She argumentative and yelling - Dr.Frances is a no no dentist - Came due to pain to one tooth, she was trying to push me a night guard 600$+7k unnecessary treatments on the others...Got her treatment plan and found out she was about to do root canal on the wrong tooth! Been asking for my x rays and again - they want 35$ "admin" work. Called few days after to cancel they said OK and send me another bill of 50$ cancellation fee - unbelievable. Didn't mention the lamp almost fell on my face during the exam - equipment look like 50+ years old. So why bother???

Dr Jones has a wonderful professional practice staffed with caring people. Everyone is concerned with your well being and comfort level. Dr Jones has been my dentist for many years and it be unthinkable to go elsewhere. I no longer work downtown but never a thought to find another dentist elesewhere. A good dentist is hard to find, bear that in mind.

Dr Jones has a wonderful professional practice staffed with caring people. Everyone is concerned with your well being and comfort level. Dr Jones has been my dentist for many years and it be unthinkable to go elsewhere. I no longer work downtown but never a thought to find another dentist elesewhere. A good dentist is hard to find, bear that in mind.

Dr. Jones is the best and I have nothing but great things to say. She is so knowledgeable and even has her Masters of Dentistry which very few dentists have. She provides the highest quality of dentistry and is outstanding in the cosmetic area because of her attention to detail. Most of all she is honest and extremely caring. She wants the best for her patients. I am so happy with my beautiful smile. She has been my dentist for many many years and I am always seen promptly and on time. She is extremely patient with me because I always have a lot of questions and get scared. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and make me feel comfortable with everything. I have had a crown done, several filings, whitening and a night guard that has provided tremendous relief from irregular sleep and headaches. The front office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with making appointments, explaining insurance and my costs. The hygienist is always reassuring and professional. She does a thorough job cleaning my teeth and I walk away feeling refreshed with a brighter clean smile. Everyone in the office helped to relieve my anxiety about having treatment done. Dr. Jones made me look terrific. Dr. Jones truly is an awesome Dentist and one of the best in Houston! I will continue to go to Dr. Jones and highly recommend her to others for years to come. Her office is located in the center of downtown Houston and is easily accessible via of the tunnel or on street level and has convenient parking nearby.
