Dr. Aaron Jones was born in Baltimore, MD, and raised in Iowa City, IA. Hedecidedto become a dentist after completing many years oforthodontic treatment.It gave him such self-confidence that hewanted to help others feel the same way.
After graduating high school, Dr. Jones put his life on hold to volunteer for missionary servicefor the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for two years in the American Southwest where he became fluent in Spanish. During his undergraduate studies, he married his wife, Rocio,and they now have 3 children. Dr. Jones went on tograduatefrom the University of Iowa with a bachelorsdegree in microbiology and later obtained his DDS from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry. He really enjoys what he does and is excited to wake up and go to work everyday. He loves all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in Oral Surgery and Esthetics. He has participatedwith Iowa MOST, where he worked on a team of medical professionals to help correctcleft lips and palates of childrenin Guatemala. He also enjoys giving back to the community and helping where ever he can.In his free time, he enjoys working outside, playing with his children, home projects, and finding ways to help others.

This is an unbelievable dental clinic. My DDS retired after 30 plus years and out of the blue I needed a root canal. Dr Jones office was kind enough to work me in same day,i that is unbelievable. Not only did they work me in but provided me to totally pain free dental care. I'm telling u no pain. Dr Jones will be our family DDS GOING FORWARD. THANK YOU Dr Jones and thank your staff.

Few people like to spend (what can be uncomfortable) time in a dentist's office. Knowing this, Dr. Jones completes your dental work in as short a time as possible, cutting no corners while providing exceptional dental expertise. Inconveniencing his patients as little as possible, yet maintaining an outstanding level of care, is a benefit few dentists in Central Iowa can match.

Excellent place. Dr. Jones did my 4 wisdom tooth extractions and they went great. Everyone does a great job and are very friendly, patient and understanding. Dr. Jones, his assistants, and the front office staff are stellar. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental work. This is the first dentist office I've ever gone to that I didn't feel like an idiot for being nervous/anxious and where I'm treated with the utmost respect as a patient. If I move away from the area in the future I'd probably travel back here for dental appointments.

I needed an appointment for a really bad (and painful) tooth, so I had sent a message to Jones Family Dental. They told that they could get me in the same week. One of the appointments they offered was already booked but Dr Jones personally texted me and said they could get me in at a diff time. I accepted. The minute I walked in the door of the office, I knew this is where I was suppose to be. The front desk receptionist was super welcoming and treated me like part of the family already, the dental assistant was calm and listened to my anxious concerns (and also has good music!). Dr Jones was very considerate of my pain and explained everything step by step. We got started right away in getting my tooth taken care of. I've had not so good experiences in the past with a couple dentists and was hesitant to be seen but knew I needed to save my tooth and to stop suffering in pain. I'm looking forward to my next appointment at Jones Family Dental and it's a nice feeling to not dread it. Thank you for taking care of me, and my tooth!

The staff is awesome and willing to help with what every I need to feel comfortable. The front desk is very helpful and detailed with my bill. I love this place. Dr Jones is awesome.

I was a new patient at this office today and my experience was remarkable from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones' assistant, Ceci made me feel very comfortable and seemed very knowledgable. Dr. Jones was amazing- that guy knows his stuff. I had a lot of radiation in my head and neck several years ago and have special needs when it comes to dentistry. He knew it all. I needed extensive work because I hate going to the dentist! I kept waiting for the pain that never came. He is so gentle, I never even felt the shots to numb me up. He was fast, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me. I whole- heartedly reccomend this place!

I just had my first visit to Jones Family Dental. It was such a great experience after not going to the dentist in a while. The staff was so friendly and caring and I felt comfortable the entire time. Amanda did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Jones was reassuring and helpful when discussing potential future procedures on my teeth. It sounds odd to say, but I can't wait till I get to visit again :)

Dr. Jones and his team are amazing! The level of care and customer service my family receives is top tier and goes above and beyond. My son needed a tooth extraction and Dr. Jones' bedside manner is impeccable. He ensured that my eight year old son was not scared or feeling pain. The next day, Dr. Jones checked in on my son to make sure he was feeling well. Why is this significant? Well, the doctor was checking in on a Sunday, while on vacation, and on Father's Day no less. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Mr.Jones is super friendly and fast, love the efficiency. I appreciate at the end of every visit he makes sure to give you time to ask questions and simplify the adult braces process. I have recommended many coworkers this office even though it is out of network. Worth it!

Amazing doctor and staff. I had tooth pain after the office had closed and called the office and left a message hoping they would get it and contact me the next day. I received several texts and even had an appointment for the next day before I went to bed. All after hours!! Who provides that kind of service? Office hours are super convenient for working people. Best dentist and staff I have experienced. Definitely highly recommend!

Dr Jones is so good at what he does! He is professional but friendly and always accomodating...I almost enjoy going to the dentist! Great evening hours! And the best dentist I have ever been too..tons of new gadgets that make visits faster and better. Every bit of work I have had done is expertly done and never a complaint! So glad he is here in Norwalk!

I am new to area and had a tooth issue. Jones Family Dental was wonderful. I am usually a bit nervous at dentist offices but they took care of everything in a caring, pain free way. They also were able to get me in right away since it was an emergency.

I love these guys! I have always been afraid of the dentist since I was a young child. But these folks have helped me get over that. I've had some extensive work done this year and they are gentle and kind and very very patient. Today I had my teeth cleaned. They are extremely thorough and plan for the future. I will be needing more work in the future but it can wait for a little bit. I highly recommend these people for your dental work. Diane from Truro

Our family is so glad we found Jones Family Dental. We were new to the area and they have made us feel so welcome over the last few years! My daughter loves them and my Husband left his dentist of many years to begin using Dr. Jones. Their hours are accommodating to working parents and athletes sport events, their emergency care is flawless. I recommend this office every chance I get!
