I am very satisfied with my appointment at Jones Falls Dental. I was able to fill out all of the preliminary paperwork online, and when I arrived for my appointment, after being medically screened , I was back in the dental chair nearly immediately. All of the staff whom I encountered were kind, courteous and professional. The waiting area and the dental offices are amazingly clean and the circulation of air is filtered and purified. Dr. Visman is committed to seeing each patient personally and she is very kind and patient in alleviating any fears or concerns which a patient might have. She has a very positive perspective about having her patients experience as little pain as is possible. After my examination , she explained the work that needed to be done and offered any possible options which might be available, while encouraging my input. I gained from my visit the trust in her and her staff which will encourage me to become a confident , regular patient.

I had a wonderful first experience. I cannot say enough about the office environment. The office staff was so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Vismans is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She explained all the details of the oral examination, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and provided me with such valuable insight. I felt very comfortable. I am confident that I have found the right fit for my dental care needs.

I have great faith in Dr. Vismans and all of her colleagues. This is a professional group from the chair to the front office. Everyone listens, explains, and is otherwise helpful. I wouldn't change dentist for anything I can think of.

I love the care I get here and the customer service is truly a cut above . They're compassionate and responsive to all your needs from fears of dental care to making an effort to accommodate last minute schedule changes . I can't say enough good things about this dental office !

Excellent experience overall. Friendly and professional staff, beautiful space, easy to find. I was especially impressed with the fact that Dr. Vismans spent time both getting to know me and my health history, and did the initial cleaning herself. She is very thorough and does a great job listening to patients and explaining what she is doing. So glad I found JFD!
