I needed a new dentist because I was having pain and after I called I was told I would get a call back later that day or the next to try to squeeze me in. Week later I called back left a message and got a return phone call with an appointment later that day. Day of appointment I got a phone call 2 hours before my appointment that it needed to be canceled something with the Dentist, again was told I would receive a call later that day to reschedule. A week later that call finally came with a new appointment. But yet again 30 minutes before my appointment I get another call canceling it because Dentist is sick. I gave up and found a different dentist.

We were referred to DR Jones by Endodontist, DR Pushpak Narayana, MDS. DR Pushpak is the BEST and he referred us to the "BEST". Had to wait but she and her practice were well worth the wait. From the phone to receptionist to hygienist & then DR Jones, the experiences were amazingly efficient and friendly. We are so excited that we finally found a GREAT Dental practice.

I've never had such a good experience at a dentist office. Dr. Jones is very comforting and easy to talk to. Every member of her staff that I have work with have been very pleasant. This is where I will be going from now on!

I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals. There was a time I thought I'd end up needing dentures one day but thanks to Dr Jones I have a beautiful smile
