Dr. Courtney P. Jones completed her dental degree at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX and has practiced in Baton Rouge since graduation. She has a passion for the overall health and well-being of all of her patients, and she strives for each to have a beautiful, healthy smile.
Originally from the New Orleans area, Dr. Jones has called Baton Rouge home for almost 10 years. First as a student at LSU, where she completed her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in sociology and now with her husband and two daughters.
Jones Creek Family Dentistry opened its doors in 2017 with a state-of-the-art design and patient comfort in mind. Our practice was specifically designed to be a fixture in the community and to add value to everyone who walks through our door.
Our dental practice uses digital X-rays, which are safer and more comfortable for patients as well as more convenient for our team. Many patients appreciate how digital X-rays use significantly less radiation than film X-rays. With traditional X-rays, we would have to wait for film to be developed, but now we receive digital images almost immediately so you dont have to wait around and we can start planning our treatment sooner. On top of all of that, digital X-rays are environmentally friendly since no chemical processing is required.
We also have intraoral cameras, which are a great tool for bringing you into your own dental exam. The camera is shaped like a small wand, and we use it to take digital images of your mouth. Instead of you trying to see any issues with a mirror or simply taking our word for it, you can see the problem area magnified on a monitor. We want all of our patients to feel confident in their treatment plan, and the intraoral camera is a great tool for just that.
We respect your time, and we dont want to waste it. That being said, we want the time you do spend with us to be enjoyable. To help you unwind and get comfortable at our office, we have different amenities for you to take advantage of.

Dr. Jones is the best dentist I've ever had. Her office is modern and clean. Her staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her as a dentist though, she is amazing. Just like the general population, I did not like the dentist. Dr. Jones changed my opinion after my first appointment. She displayed concern and care when coming up with a dental plan to fix my teeth. I have my 3 kids going to her as well. They were terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience with one previously. Dr. Jones and Valencia handled them with care being aware of the history and made them feel so comfortable. Now my kids have no problem going to the dentist. She and her staff are truly amazing.

Dr. Jones has been my dentist for years. Now she see's my Grandchildren's dentist . She is so sweet and They love her clean Modern Office and especially when they get to watch there favorite shows in the op before procedures. Dr Jones and her staff have been caring and have given exceptional service. I have recommended all my family to her and hope you do the same.

The worst dental experience ever. I chose this dentist based on the awesome reviews only to find out she is not as knowledgeable as the reviews are stating. My long short story: I chipped my tooth due to biting hard on a tiny pearl from a delicious chargrilled oyster. I didn't realize it caused a hairline fracture in my tooth which eventually chipped and infection set in. I contacted the dental office and was told I couldn't be seen for a couple weeks since I was a new patient (red flag #1) After the dentist checked my tooth out she blatantly disregarded the fact that I knew how I chipped my tooth and made it seem like "a cavity" caused the chip (red flag #2). I mentioned although I had no pain I could taste infection in my mouth and asked for antibiotics. They was so focused on "measuring my gums" and cleaning my teeth that they disregarded my concern (red flag #3). While "measuring", the hygienist POKED my gums and call out "bleed". Of course it's bleeding you just poked it hard (red flag #4). Never trust a dentist that does not listen to your concerns, talks over you and think because they went to dental school they know more than you (red flag #5). I almost forgot to mention how they treat some of their patients with royalty asking if they would like something to drink while acting like the other isn't in the same waiting room (red flad #6). They seem to LOVE patients who have zero spiritual sense, believe anything they say and do not question them. All I can say is never believe ALL 5 star rating. It's impossible, no one is perfect. Good luck and lucky to those who had a better experience (or did you? only time will tell when you find you repeatedly have to get work done). Luckily I found a dentist that not only listened and gave me antibiotics but took care of the chipped tooth and teaches preventive care. BTW: If you have an infected tooth it is NOT advised to do any other services but to focus on getting that situation taken care of.

Doctor Jones is the best dentist I ever had. I'm glad I took the time to do research and found her. She's patient, focused, has a calm spirit, and actually listens to your concerns. I don't know everyone's name, but the staff is friendly, and welcoming as well.

Dr. Jones and her staff have always gone above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable and relaxed every visit. I have hopped from dentist to dentist until I came here. They are extremely gentle, take their time, and are informative about every procedure. The office and rooms are immaculately cIean and well taken care of. I have never been so happy about a dentist. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had some work done on my back teeth about 2 years ago and boy do I regret it. The work that was done caused my teeth to shift, creating a gap in between my back teeth. It was small at first but now it is large. It has gotten to the point where I have to floss after every meal to keep food out of the gap. While inconvenient, this gap is more than just a nuisance, it is causing me extreme physical pain. I am in so much pain every single day, I can barely cope. I have no idea how I am going to fix this with spending a lot of money on orthodontics. What frustrates me the most is that I told the dentist after getting work done that my teeth felt loose and she didnt believe me.

I was referred to Jones Creek Family Dentistry by a family member. She told me how nice they were. When I called to schedule my son's first appointment, I could here it in the lady who answered the phone voice how nice and friendly she was. When we went to our first visit today it was awesome! Friendly staff and doctor! My son was also excited because he was able to watch TV while getting his teeth clean! I'm so glad I've found a new dentist! Oh and I forgot to mention they offered us beverages and the office is so nice and smells good!

I visited the dentist office on yesterday and the vibes were unmatched. The music was delightful. The staff was extremely polite & pleasant. The office was clean. The staff took the necessary precautions to make sure that there was limit capacity in the office due to COVID-19. I throughly enjoyed my first visit. I have finally found a dentist!!!
