My 18 year old son is a VCU student and was having painful dental issues while away at school. He tried to get in with another dental practice but was told it would be a month before he could be seen. We found Dr. Jones online and the office was able to fit him in the very next day, first thing in the morning! He said the experience was great & the staff was very friendly. He now has a treatment plan that is very happy with for future appointments. He said "this will be the practice that I go to for the rest of my time in Richmond". Thank you Dr. Jones for taking such good care of my son!

Dr. Audra Jones is awesome! I have had routine cleanings here and fillings. The staff is super friendly, they have a good appt. reminder system, and Dr. Jones and her assistants are gentle, explain everything well, and do really good work.

I was terrified going to see the dentist after so many years but the staff was super friendly! It really took the edge off talking to the girls behind the desk. The dental service itself was fast and professional. Not uncomfortable in the least bit, as I had expected. Great place, Great people!
