Dr. Jonathan Taylor comes from a family of dentist! His father and grandfather were recent practitioners, and his brother and sister- in- law are currently practicing. Dr. Taylor always dreamed of becoming a dentist and owning his own practice one day.

Dr. Jonathan Taylor graduated from the University of Akron in 2007, with a degree in Business Administration. He worked a number of years after graduation, before deciding to pursue the profession of dentistry. In 2010, he returned to Cleveland State University to complete the required pre-med courses in order to apply to dental school. Dr. Taylor was accepted to Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2012 and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2016.

In 2016, Dr. Taylor joined the practice of his father, R. Malcolm Taylor, Jr., and then officially purchased the practice in February of 2019. Dr. Taylor feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with his Father for a couple years prior to his retirement. Dr. Taylor has a commitment to better serving his patients. He shows this by the amount of continuing education he has undertaken in the field of endodontics, orthodontics, and implant dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Taylor enjoys traveling, golf, wood working, and spending time with his family. He also participates in outdoor activities including fishing and cycling. Dr. Taylor lives with his wife, Amy, and their dog, Josie, at their home in New Philadelphia, OH.

Taylor DMD does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
