Your first visit to our practice establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know our staff. Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We are prevention oriented and offer a realistic approach to treatment planning with patients. Patients will always see Dr. Goldberg himself or the hygienist of their choice. We listen to our patients expectations and take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital xrays of your teeth and perform a dental cleaning. We will then determine if you need additional treatment.
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. Our treatment rooms all look out over beautiful water company preserve property for a relaxed setting. One of our top priorities is to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you maximize your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan can be designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
We are conveniently located in The Mount Carmel Plaza at 4133 Whitney Avenue ( Route 10 ) in Hamden, 1/4 mile north of the Sleeping Giant Golf Course. We are easily accessable from 1-91N or S: Take exit 10 to the end. Bear right onto Route 10 (Whitney Avenue) for 3 miles. We are on the right. From the Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route15) we are exit 62 south or exit 61 north. From either, bear right onto Whitney Avenue (Route 10 ) and follow about 4.5 miles.

I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Goldberg's dentistry practice. The dentistry is top rate, the office is professionally managed, all the staff are friendly and caring and the facility is as clean as a whistle. Makes going to the dentist as pleasant as it could be.

Dr. Goldberg and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. My entire family has been coming here for the last 20+ years, and I would absolutely go nowhere else. They are warm, welcoming, caring, and provide excellent dental care. From the hygienists, to the front desk staff, to Dr. Goldberg himself -- going to the office is always a pleasant experience. To this day I actively refer everyone looking for a dentist to Dr. Goldberg's office, and they are always incredibly happy with the decision to switch over.

Dr. Goldberg has been my dentist for many years. He is very personable, he does a great job, and I fully trust him. Dr. Goldberg also has a nice clean office in a good location and an excellent and friendly staff.

That's saying a lot coming from someone who had a traumatic experience with a dentist as a small child. I told them that up front and they were understanding and kind and have helped me feel safe and comfortable. No one cleans teeth as well as Yanna!

I have been a patient for almost 30 years. Jonathan, Yana and the rest of his staff are fabulous. So gentle, thorough and very friendly. There's never any discomfort with any procedure. And he plays great music in the office.

I have been coming to Dr. Goldberg for as long as I can remember, and I am so grateful for such an incredible dentist. For everything I have needed done, he has always kept me at ease while still doing phenomenal, lasting work. He, and everyone in the office, are so genuinely caring -- they never rush and are always certain to do everything they need to to truly take care of you. I would recommend the office to anyone, especially those with any anxiety over dental visits. I do not know what I would have done without them all these years!

I have always been impressed by the combination of state-of-the-art dental care and absolutely artistic approach to cosmetic work all wrapped up in a feeling of family. My recent visit during these difficult times with COVID-19 only served to increase my appreciation for this team! I felt completely safe and, as usual, completely satisfied with my appointment.
