Just had my first appointment with Dr. Wang and had an excellent experience! My long-time dentist retired and Dr. Wang came highly recommended. Dr. Wang is very professional and thorough, but also friendly, informative and concerned about patient comfort. I only had my teeth cleaned, but Dr Wang also addressed my problem with clenching my teeth and offered several things I could easily do. As others have mentioned, Dr Wang's office is very nice, his staff is obviously well-trained, and his Pleasanton location was easy to get from the Oakland Hills - just as easy or easier than going to Walnut Creek. I highly recommend Dr. Wang!

My family sees Dr Wang and we love everything from the professional and friendly service to the cleanliness and nice courtyard view of the clinic. Dr Wang is very thorough and he would go beyond and above, also following up personal as needed, to make sure everything is good. My little one loves Dr Wang and his staffs so much he insists we see Dr Wang only and he wants to keep going back just to say hi from time to time.

Dr. Wang is a very careful and detailed dentist. I came to him to get a new crown and the process was smooth and painless. My new crown is comfortable, and the color matches well with my other teeth - it feels natural and I'm so happy with the result. My whole family comes to see Dr. Wang and we couldn't be happier!

I had a great first visit. Dr. Wang explains everything really well and offered a thorough exam. The staff there are all very friendly and helpful as well. I felt very welcomed and respected. He used water to clean my teeth, instead of a tool the scrape, so it was really an easy experience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I hadn't seen a dentist for two years. I thought I took good care of my teeth since I brush and floss everyday, but Dr. Wang found a very deep cavity that I neglected to take care of for years. I went to see Dr. Wang for a regular cleaning and he checked my teeth meticulously and with careful attention to detail. He worked very hard to treat the cavity and even saved my tooth by doing a great filling so I didn't need to get a root canal! I want to thank Dr. Wang for treating me like a family member, and using the best method to solve my discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Wang!

Dr. Wang is an excellent dentist. I have had three appointments with him so far (cleaning and two appointments for various fillings) and all three have gone smoothly. Dr. Wang takes a lot of care to make sure you have a good experience at the dentist. Dr. Wang and his staff are COVID-conscious. Upon arrival, his staff (all of whom are very friendly and nice) record your temperature for the day. I was also informed that I would be the only patient for each of my visits, as they are only seeing one patient at a time to be as COVID-safe as possible. His staff also wears a mask and while I had my appointment, I noticed that Dr. Wang and Susan were double masked (face mask and face shield). I also liked the equipment Dr. Wang had at the office. He has a 360 X-Ray machine to take X-Rays of your teeth and the regular X-Ray machines for more specialized parts of the mouth. I also appreciated their attention to detail when Susan saw I had earrings on and let me know to take them off during the X-Ray for my own safety. She even gave me a plastic Ziploc when to place my earrings in to avoid losing them. I was also given a paper copy of my X-Ray, something none of my other dentists have done. They also took photos of my teeth with a DSLR camera for record (in addition to all the X-Rays). For my fillings and cleaning, I was offered sunglasses so I could avoid the bright lights. For my fillings, I was also offered headphones (with calming music) to lessen the noise of the drills. Lastly, for anesthesia, Dr. Wang gave me cotton swabs of a topical gel-like anesthesia to numb my gums before going in with the regular needle application anesthesia. I hate and fear needles so I'm grateful that they had the cotton swabs to numb my gums first before they went in with the needle. Overall, I had a good experience with them. It was easy to book appointments and Dr. Wang and his staff took care of everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments!

Fantastic and convenient dentist! Scheduling was a breeze, and Dr. Wang was very accommodating for scheduling both me and my girlfriend with back-to-back appointments (following current COVID policy). We had routine cleanings and fillings done with ease. He also accepts Delta Dental PPO, so the routine cleaning for us was fully covered unlike other dentistries.

So happy to have found Dr. Wang!! Being new to the West Coast I was worried about finding a dentist, but I could not be happier. Dr. Wang and his staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel right at home. It was, by far, the best experience I've had at a dentist--I can't wait to come back!

Wow! What a great experience. I am one of those people that dreads dentist visits and Dr. Wang put those fears to rest. He was thorough in his examinations and made me feel very comfortable. The office is also remarkably clean! Will be coming back!

Jonathan C. Wang, DDS Inc. is an outstanding dental office! I recently moved up to the Bay, and I am so happy I found Dr. Wang. The office is beautiful and the staff is so nice and welcoming. I loved the courtyard view from the dental chair. The office was so clean and the staff takes cleanliness very seriously -- there are even two waiting rooms for patients! Dr. Wang is a perfectionist, very personable, and gave me such a thorough exam and cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Wang!

He is not only gentle, patient and thorough, but also cares deeply about educating his patients as he goes.
