Dr. Jon Chisholm graduated Cum Laude in 1997 from the Medic al College of Virginia and won awards in prosthodontics. He moved back to Utah and worked for his father, who is a dentist in Monroe, Utah for 2 years. In May 1999, he opened his practice in Santaquin, Utah and has enjoyed practicing dentistry in this growing community.
Josh has always had a passion for dental work and plans to follow in his dad's footsteps in becoming a dentist. He has worked for Dr. Chisholm since he was 14 most summers and now works part time while attending BYU before graduating and heading off to dental school. Josh served an LDS mission to Seoul, South Korea and continues to love the Korean language and people. Josh will be getting married this summer and is excited for his future family and life.
Missy graduated from Weber State as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1990. She joined our office in 2003. Missy enjoys being a hygienist and interacting with the patients. In her spare time not at the office she likes to sew, snow mobile and spending time outdoors with her family.

Went with my husband and toddler the other day and the people were all very nice and good at their jobs. A great place to get your dentistry done.

This is an excellent and very professional dental provider. They are very friendly, but not chatty. The doctor was pleasantly self assured, with more than twenty years experience. I would very much recommend these fine people.

I went here for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with their friendly, professional staff. They did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Their office is clean, new and welcoming. I've always hated dentist visits but this one was one of the better ones I've had.

I really wanted to like this place. Was recommended to me by several people. I have bad oral health due to mental health issues. Everytime I come here for a procedure I am treated like I am disgusting. The girl hygienists are great. But the male hygienist and dentist talk about how bad it is rudely infront of me like I am not even in the room. Telling the dentist that I am severely anxious due to ocd didn't help either. No aids were offered. He had little to no bedside manner and just treated me like I was a problem. I get it, my teeth aren't great. But no need to treat me like a monster. Don't go here unless you have perfect teeth or only need fillings.

Dr. Chisholm is amazing. Kind, caring and professional. He takes great care of our whole family. Yesterday, my daughter went in for a chipped tooth and he was so great with her, explained what he was doing and made her feel comfortable. I love his staff and the atmosphere.

Everyone is so nice. Ive always felt so awkward and uncomfortable at dental offices. Not here! The receptionists, the hygienist, Dr. Chisholm-- all of them were so friendly. I felt very at ease and genuinely cared about. Definitely would recommend! :)

Some people are scared of heights...some are scared of the dark. Me? I'm terrified of seeing the dentist. But ever since I started coming to Dr. Chisholm's office I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with him and his office staff. He's so very considerate when it comes to ensuring I'm as comfortable as possible. I have difficulty numbing up for dentists but he's so careful to be sure I don't feel any pain. He does excellent work and is so kind. The Nicest Dentist Ever!!! My fear of seeing the dentist is gone. Thank you Dr. Chisholm!!!

Absolutely 100% best in the business. 10 years why did I ever go to that other dentistry office where. . Well let's just say Chisholm and his staff are the best ones!!! Absolutely happy and sleeping!! Best dentist ever! Isreal kamakawiwo'ole ..... this is how happy I am NO PAIN NO REGRET. Crazy how you can go from utterly scared. To surgery. And be at peace of mind... Thank you the dental assistants for being there for me!
