We offer a full range of orthodontic treatments to meet your needs and will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that can align your teeth and help you achieve your smile goals. We are also committed to helping you feel at ease in our office and will take the time to make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit.

Dr. Cowley was born and raised in Eastern Utah. He completed his associate degree at the College of Eastern Utah in 2003, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 2005. Dr. Cowley attended the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in Las Vegas, where he completed both his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree and his residency in orthodontics. During his time at UNLV, Dr. Cowley was the Chief Resident of the orthodontic department and published an article in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics on thermoformed aligners. Shortly after completing his orthodontic residency, Dr. Cowley moved to New Mexico, where he has been in private practice for nearly a decade. Dr. Cowley is a Board Certified Orthodontist and a member of the American Association of Orthodontics as well as the American Dental Association.

Dr. Cowley and his wife, Cortney, have been together since 2001, and they have two fantastic children: Lexi and Hunter. Away from the office, Dr. Cowley and his family spend most of their free time in the outdoors: camping, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, riding ATVs or shooting archery. Dr. Cowley also has a passion for baseball, bowling, making log furniture and working on his classic car.

Dr. Tyler Jolley is a certified orthodontist and periodontist who resides in Grand Junction with his family. Dr. Jolley graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 2002. He then completed a four-year orthodontic/periodontic residency at the University of Pennsylvania in June 2006. He opened Jolley Smiles soon after graduation.

Dr. Jolley enjoys lecturing internationally on temporary orthodontic implants. His research articles have also been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. He serves on the Quest Cleft Palate Team of Grand Junction. He is also on the Board of Directors for Rimrock Seminars, a division of the Seattle Study Club. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Academy of Periodontology, Colorado Dental Association and American Dental Association.

Dr. Jolley enjoys mountain biking, wake surfing, snowboarding, backpacking, bee keeping, farming (he owns a tractor now, so he thinks he is a farmer), bird hunting, fly fishing and writing young adult science fiction novels. His first two novels and one of his comic books have been published, with a few more on the way. He also loves spending time with his friends and family. He feels fortunate to be practicing in Colorado, and he enjoys the opportunity to serve the Western Slope.

Dr. Zachary Pitcher is a certified orthodontist who resides in Fruita with his family. Dr. Pitcher attended the University of Pittsburgh for dental school, graduating in 2005. He then completed a three-year orthodontic residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Pitcher is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Pitcher enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He and his wife, Melanie, have three beautiful daughters. While in Memphis, Dr. Pitcher learned, among other things, the finer art of barbecuing. He also enjoys mountain biking, skiing and many other outdoor activities.

Hello! My name is Alicia! I am an assistant here at Jolley Smiles. I am an East coast native from Massachusetts (Go Patriots)! I moved to Grand Junction with my parents when I was 7 years old, and have loved it ever since. I graduated from GJHS in 2012 and then attended a year at CMU. I have taken the last few years to figure out what I wanted to truly do, and well, here I am! I love anything sports related (especially volleyball) and anything to do with the outdoors including hiking, camping, swimming and anything else beautiful Colorado has to offer. I am stoked to be a part of this amazing team and looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces here!

I have one Corgi puppy, and a huge family! I like to ride bikes, paint and listen to music! I am a certified EMT. Bringing people an amazing experience and being part of an important mission brings me joy! A fun fact about me is that I enjoy watching classic Disney movies!

Cecil enjoys working with our team at Jolley Smiles. He loves being able to make the appliances for our patients and see the different things they choose, and enjoys watching the progress of our patients from beginning to end. He states, While you may never see me know that I am here holding your beautiful smile in place!.

Cecil and his wife, Jessica, live in Grand Junction with their son, Adam. Outside of the office, Cecil likes to raise miniature horses and restore old trucks. He is in the process of restoring a 53 Chevy pickup truck that he got from his grandfather.

Hello, Im Christina! My husband, Ismael, and I have been married for over 10 years now, and we have three kids, Shyla, James and Marcus, and a fur baby, Dexter. In my free time, I like to be outdoors hiking, biking, camping, fishing, boating you name it! Though I do also enjoy spending time at the gym and watching movies on gloomy days. I enjoy being part of the Jolley Smiles Orthodontics team because everybody has such an upbeat personality; it brings a smile to my face every time I go to work. One fun fact about me is that I have a green thumb, so be sure to ask me about my gardening tips next time you come in!

Hi everyone! Im Janiesha Manzanares. I was born and raised in Grand Junction, CO! I graduated high school from Palisade in 2014, then finished dental assisting school from Intellitec College in May 2016. In my free time, I love spending time with my huge family. My dog, Baylee, is my pride and joy; she is a shar-pei/boxer mix, and I absolutely love her! I also love the outdoors, such as fishing, camping, swimming and hiking. Hello! My name is Jen. I have been married to my husband, Kyle, since August 2016, and we have a French Bulldog named Mozzy. I love to mountain bike, paddle board, camp and go off-roading, and I love to wakeboard as often as I can. I also enjoy baking and having friends over for a meal. have a degree in sports management from CMU. I love the positivity at Jolley Smiles Orthodontics and the camaraderie and enthusiasm everyone has for what they do. One fun fact about me is that I lived in Australia, and I love to travel.

I cannot be more thankful for the family I have! I love spending time with them. I have a boyfriend that is awesome sauce. We recently got a little Chow puppy named Appa. The name came from my childhood show, Avatar - The Last Airbender. I enjoy volleyball, arts and crafts and rebuilding and remodeling projects! In my free time, I also like doing girly things and getting pampered! I have a bachelors degree from CMU and tons of on-the-job training in the medical and dental fields. I have steady hands and can treat you just as good with either one! We are like family at Jolley Smiles Orthodontics, and we really take of each other here. Every day, we teach and learn from each other, but we also laugh together just as much, keeping the atmosphere positive and upbeat for us and our patients. One thing people might not know about me is that I fully believe mermaids exist and that I should have been one!

I have played soccer all my life, including in college, and I like to play in adult leagues now and help coach. I also love to paddle board and ride side-by-sides with my family. I was born in Kennewick, Washington, but I have lived between Grand Junction and Kennewick on and off for most of my life. After some time, I decided that Colorado was where I wanted to stay. I am a movie and music junkie; I love to watch movies on my free time, especially old movies and classics! I love 80s music and 90s alternative. I am a crazy cat lady 100%! I have 3 cats whom I just adore, and if I could pet cats all day, I would. I also love any kind of friend or family get-togethers; whether its a game night or BBQ, I love being surrounded by family and friends. Hi Im Arianna! Im known around the office as well as everyone I know as Nani! Its been my nickname for as long as I can remember. I love the outdoors, and being very active. I moved back here in 2017, after being away for College in Tempe, AZ playing college softball. When Im not at work you can find me with my family, or my boyfriend Zach. But most of the time you can definitely find me with my sweet French Bulldog Piper! Cant wait to meet all your smiling faces!

Passion graduated from Central High School in 2013, and has achieved a Cosmetology license. She loves how everyone at our practice is so caring, how well-managed our offices are, and how she has been welcomed to our team with open arms. PPassion loves her family they are her biggest support system. She is very close to her grandparents, and wouldnt be who she is today without them. Passion has three younger siblings, Mariana (age 12), Mateo (age 10), and Nikko (age 20). She does everything the possibly can to be the best role model she can for them. Passions boyfriend, Ryan, is the light of her life. They recently bought a brand new house that they got to design from the ground up, and are excited to build a life together. Hi, Im Tiana! Im from Grand Junction, born and raised. I graduated from Palisade High School in 2015 and have been working in Orthodontics ever since! I became interested through my own treatment and wanted to be able to give everyone that big smile that I had when I got my braces off. Vanessa graduated high school in 2017. She has lived most of her life in Grand Junction, and absolutely loves it here. She loves everything about working at Jolley Smiles, but her favorite part is getting to greet all of our patients as they walk into the office and getting to know them as they continue visiting us.

Vanessa and her boyfriend of five years, Jose, have a Yorkie named Bullet who is their pride and joy. In her free time, she loves to bake, travel, and spend time with her family. She also loves taking her dog on walks.
